I have never received such incredible customer service at any retail store!!! Eli went above and beyond in every possible way. He was friendly, patient, understanding, professional, and truly listened to what we were looking for. It felt like having a personal stylist!
Eli took the time to bring several styles and sizes directly to the fitting room and made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. We drove all the way from Palm Springs, and it was 100% worth it. We’ll absolutely be back to shop with Eli and I’m bringing my whole family next time. The jeans here are the BEST! It was quite a few customers in the store and I came in looking for some shoes for both my daughters. The shoes we wanted were not there and Reed offered to order them online and get them shipped to my house. Now when went to order them one of the shoes were no longer available. Reed found a shoe very similar and my daughter ended up them more!
Brandon was running around helping everyone else and still tying to help me locate the shoe.
I just want to say thank you so much to them because customers service goes a long way and I will make sure that I continue to patronize this location because of them!

“The cashier was nowhere to be found. We had to stand there for about 10 minutes. While she decided whatever she was doing in the back was less important than the customers up front. I mean, honestly, we could have probably walked out of there. And nobody would have been the wiser.”
“Well stocked store that is clean. Been awhile since I've been to a Kohl's. Self checkout was nice. Was just buying one item so I was in and out in minutes. Whoever was using the electrical outlet on the floor to vacuum didn't close it though... So I ran my foot into the brass cap that covers it. Nice hole in my toe. Other than that, nice store.”

“Very nice that Jurupa now has its own Burlington. The aisles are wide, with a wide range of stuff. To kitchen supplies, clothes and soccer balls. Not as big as the one at Ontario Mills, but larger than the location at Riverside Plaza. Great store!”
