“I live in Oregon. But my RV is in Kelseyville Ca. I googled RV repairs and read reviews for Vic’s RV Repairs. I saw ? that he was very busy! And that some complained about that! The truth is, the best mechanics and restaurants always have a wait BECAUSE ITS THAT GOOD! I text, emailed and called three weeks ahead. I let him know I was coming to Kelseyville after my beloved Father passed away. My father left me his old Terry travel trailer. I don’t know the first thing about any of rv life. So Vic, so Generously and kindly agreed to assist me hook up the water, heat, propane, electricity, gas-stove, water heater, fridge, shower and toilet! I an so happy, I can’t tell you how much, but he is an Angel ? to my old Pitbull dog and I. We have heat! We have water! We have everything a girl and her dog could ask for! Thank you so much Vic. For your promptness, extensive knowledge and skill. You’re amazing! I definitely recommend them. But DO give them lots of advance notice (call ahead!) so he can provide you with his utmost attention. He is extremely professional, and has over 38 years working with RV’s!”
