“I went into Staples this past Saturday with my son to get balloons for his birthday party, and we had such a wonderful experience. The woman who helped us was truly exceptional. She made my son feel like the most important person in the room and made sure his opinions about his balloons really mattered.
When he said he wanted a blue star balloon, she asked him if he wanted light blue, dark blue, or sparkling blue, which made him feel so included in choosing exactly what he wanted. After he picked out his balloons, she also checked with us to make sure his choices were okay. While she was blowing up the balloons, she kept talking with him, asking what he would be doing for his birthday, what he was most excited about, and she wished him a happy birthday.
It meant so much to see someone take the time to make a 6-year-old feel special and heard. It turned a simple stop for balloons into a really memorable moment for him. Thank you for such thoughtful and kind customer service!”

“I stopped by the San Rafael branch last Thursday around 6:00 pm , to buy HP 910 color ink, and when I checked the shelves, they were mostly empty. I was disappointed, but as I was walking out, I turned back and asked the cashier if he knew when they would restock the HP 910 color.
He immediately went to the back and searched everywhere to find the ink for me. I was so grateful—he truly went out of his way to help. I left Staples thankful and relieved, and I can finally print my manuscript.”

“This place is great and I am so grateful to have it in Fairfax (especially b/c the Fairfax Post Office is notoriously difficult to deal with). I have used this UPS store for returns, shipping holiday gifts, making copies, and notary services a couple times. They are always quick and helpful and I am always in and out. the hours are fantastic as well (open late, on weekends). It's so nice to not have to truck up to Terra Linda location etc. anymore.”
“Tho post office is amazing! I was sent a general delivery package and ,because I had no time in between my work, I completely forgot to even fill up the application! The staff were nice enough to hold onto my package and work with me on the phone. There was a really kind lady over the phone who walked me through everything. Unfortunately, I forgot her name. Carrie greeted me upon picking my letter up and was very courteous. Amazing staff here!”

I had superior experience on a day that could have been disaster for any worker. April 15 is the last day to file taxes, line at the door was a mile away right when John opened the doors with the warmest smile.
I was there with two very young kids to get passports done, not one but two. Seeing John navigating guests through was mesmerizing. Early morning, people with piles of papers, million questions and in rush. John remained calm, knowledgeable,friendly, helpful and so professional.
I was in that location for the first time, we drove there for 2 hours in early morning with little kids thinking it’s the only location taking walk-ins for passports. It appeared to be they are not- mistake in the system but John was the nicest about it, still helped us with everything although he was the only person behind the desk.
I was pleasantly surprised he knew majority of guests by the name, greeted them warmly and had everyone in and out of the door in minutes.
His attitude, love for his work and their customers made this experience not only pleasant but unforgettable. He truly made an impact on our family and our whole day. Thank you, John!!!”

“The Bad: Mixed up shipping labels; shipped someone else's box to me using my label, and shipped my box to someone else.
The Good: When I notified store of error, UPS staff worked diligently to try to find my box and keep me informed of status. Then when notified of my box's arrival at someone else's location by that recipient, staff worked promptly to facilitate delivery to me. UPS Customer Service phone staffer was also helpful.”

More than once they went above and beyond for us. They're both genuinely good people and USPS is lucky to have them. We enjoyed visiting this post office - and we miss these two. “I really appreciated the self-service print service as a Windows user, and the staff was very helpful with my specific questions about passport photo requirements. I had a slightly nonstandard request for the print job, and the staff were able to sort everything out after we discussed the specifics of UPS' processes. Cole was very knowledgeable about the business, and definitely the superstar of the three businesses I visited trying to get prints. Big shout out to him, very detail oriented and has good eyes for the quality of the prints.”

“I went to the Kentfield PO today with a package and printed return label, which printed a bit large. I started at the Ross PO and had a negative experience so visited Kentfield PO since I had previous good interactions.
Again today I had a very positive experience —they were able to fit the label into a sleeve so it was secure. They took the initiative to find a solution! Thank you!”
