“If you're looking for a place to get all of your Pet needs met this is it! For years I tried out different stores in Sonoma, each was alright but it wasn't until I went to PetCo I realized what was missing: Great Customer Service.Every time I go in here I have a great experience. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They always have what I need in stock and a great selection of EVERYTHING. From foods, beds, leashes and toys.While I know they're a chain, the local store really stands out!”

“Friendly staff and great selection. My only complaint is that I feel judged when purchasing food if it's not the most expensive bag on the shelf. When buying grain friendly food I'm redirected to grain-free, which is a little disheartening since very few dogs actually have a grain allergy. My dog is a large/deep-chested breed and therefore more susceptible to DCM (which is very real and can be caused by a diet without trace minerals that certain grains provide). Otherwise I am very happy with the products and otherwise friendly staff.”

However, what truly sets this store apart is its exceptional customer service. When I visited with my two dogs, both of the friendly sales ladies working there greeted us immediately and even offered treats to my dogs, which we truly appreciated the thoughtfulness.The store is conveniently located in the heart of Saint Helena, surrounded by other boutiques and restaurants, and it's a magnet for fellow animal lovers. Our experience was wonderful, and we ended up purchasing some recommended chicken treats that our dogs absolutely devoured. The store has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere with a kitschy and cute vibe.”

“We stopped in on our way back from Sonoma. What a wonderful place! We were pleasantly surprised by the quality, selection, and variety of items, and the prices are honestly quite hard to beat! There are lots of little nooks and crannies in this place in every corner, opened up another bevy of delightful items. We bought a really unique garden Wind vane and of course I had to get the kitty treats and toys. We will definitely be back! (I'm thinking holiday shopping)”
