“My dog was having stomach issues and made a mess all over the car. The two women working at the time were very friendly and helpful. I was able to bathe my dog and get cleaning supplies for the car. I was having an extremely stressful day and losing my mind, haha, and I couldn't have had a better experience coming here. If I lived in the area this would be my pet store, no question.”

“Last night I came into Pet Club to get some crickets for my leopard gecko & the young lady who helped was so amazingly wonderful! Not only did she welcome me in, she got the crickets and helped me out with all the questions I had about my gecko. Her name is Raspushia and she's getting older so I wanted to change her enclosure to suit her needs. Can't remember the ladies name but I know it begins with a 'K', she is AMAZING! With employees like her definitely makes you want to come back. See you soon!”

“This PetSmart is conveniently located in the same shopping strip as Marshall's, Sports Basement, and Target (and shares a parking lot with Trader Joes and many more shops...suburbia!). I'm surprised to read all the negative reviews. I only went in to buy a crate and a few supplies for my puppy (note: we did not use the grooming services). Found a crate (a puppy den), a gate, a collar/harness/lead, and training treats. The treats, toys, food, and other supplies were all well-stocked. The employee at check-out was pleasant. The gate didn't work for us, so I went back a few days later to return it, and that was quick and easy. I definitely like to support the smaller local pet shops, but this was the right stop for a crate. Thanks!”

“Theodore's first visit to WFC. I usually stop to get his treats on my way home but this time he got to come. We were greeted by multiple team members outside and inside the store. This visit we grabbed Holistic Tails CBD treats. Since it was his first trip I let him pick out a toy or treat, only caveat was he has to be able to carry it. He was eyeing the knuckles but settled with a pig ear. He happily carried his ear to the register, and here John greeted us and checked us out. I've been coming here since I was a toddler, happy it's still around and thriving. Team members are always warm and welcoming. Store is well lit, clean and well stocked.”
