“Have been shopping here for my cats for over 39 years. First, this is not a membership club. That is just the business name. 2 privately owned stores, one in Santa Rosa one in Corte Madera. They have a huge selection of food, toys etc for small pets (cats, dogs,etc), fish and birds. Food prices for high end products are the same as Chewy, Amazon or the large pet product chains and prices on most canned foods are less. The brand I buy is 20cents less than anywhere else. And parking is great at both locations. Highly recommend”

I couldn't remember the brand of dog food I needed, the gentleman working there took the time to walk the whole section with me, looked up food brands on his phone to help me remember and when we finally figured out which one and that they don't carry it, he have me some great ideas for replacements. He was also very helpful with flea medication for my cat.”

“First time in a petco. It was pretty good. Picked up a hamster for my daughter's birthday and while they did that I checked out all the other reptiles and fish and animals and all the cages were clean and everyone looked pretty healthy, but what do I know. The fella working there was the only one in the store at the time and he was very helpful and attentive.”

“Came in at closing time. In the unforeseen waning days of my fetchtoy-loving late dog, I walked in, and I found it to be an inferior competitor to Pet Food Express and Petco. Later when I had a PitBull-BelgianMalinois puppy, a Carolyn was informatively helpful for my questions regarding my handful “potty’s” naughty chewing habits. The Roam large ostrich bone wound up to be a Christmas Miracle. Later I tried the Roam boar bone but I seriously would NOT recommend that because she destroyed it to pebbles, but the ostrich bone is great while it still interests her. The prices are very competitive too. With a smart dog trainer (Carolyn) on the staff, this has become my go-to place for managing my “pittty’s” needs.”
