“Today I called because my mother who is 91 lives alone and her phone has been intermittently static and often not working. I have ring cameras so that I can monitor her activity and wellness. I called at 9 AM a technician named Apple called me when he arrived 3 hours later and after his evaluation it was determined that the line coming into her home needed to be replaced. Apple thought outside of the box and found another source of a phone line to another building on site that was still good he made a temporary fix and brought the line overhead into the home and the problem was fixed phone works perfectly and internet is a solid connection. Apple went beyond expectations and solved the problem by using good judgement and compassion for an elderly woman and solving the immediate issue.”
