“Arrived late on a Thursday night, about 10 minutes before they close, greeted by the entire staff who were in different parts of the store. Apologized for being so late and the young lady who helped me assured me it was fine they weren't closed. I needed a replacement power supply for my modem, my rabbit chewed through it, showed her a picture of the modem, she left got the power supply and came back, plugged in a modem with it to make sure it worked handed me the cord and I was on my way, whole process was 5 minutes. Seamless visit. Great service.”

I came in and spoke to Brett the manager at the River Park location quickly addressed the situation, made sure that we were content with the service and he gave a quip About how he makes sure they take care of the customer as quickly and is officially as effectively as possible. Really happy that we came in personally rather than talk to someone on the phone. His name is Brett. He got a couple tattoos look for him and talk to him.”

“Today, my family and I went to switch from Verizon to metro because Verizon was killing me with all the increases each month. It was ridiculous. We originally went to a metro in clovis on shaw and peach, that metro pcs location is a joke. I looked up the nearest location of another metro and was given this location. I called them while we were driving there because it was 6:20 and they close at 7pm. The employee that answered said to come on down, that they had phones. We arrived at 6:30ish, needing 3 lines. They helped us out very amazingly even when I by mistake gave one of the numbers incorrectly and the employee has to call tech support. I apologize but she said it was no problem. Both employees were so great. The whole process ended up going past closing. Neither of them made it feel like we were inconveniencing them in any way.”

“Hands down, FIVE STARS!We had Frontpoint for around 6 years and they went from fairly good customer service to nearly ZERO customer service. We couldn't get through to them. When we called they would ask us to leave a # and tell us they would get back to us.Frustrated, I called Sebastian and they made an appointment to come out and assess our needs. They utilized what they could of our previous system and added an outdoor security camera overlooking our driveway.All work performed was professional and they have been great to work with all around.The other day I entered the house through the garage and failed to disarm the system prior. They were on the phone with me withing 60 seconds to determine if there was a problem. This company does not disappoint! Highly recommend Sebastian for home security.”
