“Hands down, FIVE STARS!We had Frontpoint for around 6 years and they went from fairly good customer service to nearly ZERO customer service. We couldn't get through to them. When we called they would ask us to leave a # and tell us they would get back to us.Frustrated, I called Sebastian and they made an appointment to come out and assess our needs. They utilized what they could of our previous system and added an outdoor security camera overlooking our driveway.All work performed was professional and they have been great to work with all around.The other day I entered the house through the garage and failed to disarm the system prior. They were on the phone with me withing 60 seconds to determine if there was a problem. This company does not disappoint! Highly recommend Sebastian for home security.”

“Arrived late on a Thursday night, about 10 minutes before they close, greeted by the entire staff who were in different parts of the store. Apologized for being so late and the young lady who helped me assured me it was fine they weren't closed. I needed a replacement power supply for my modem, my rabbit chewed through it, showed her a picture of the modem, she left got the power supply and came back, plugged in a modem with it to make sure it worked handed me the cord and I was on my way, whole process was 5 minutes. Seamless visit. Great service.”

“From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the staff, which made me feel welcomed. I was specifically tended to by Genesis, she made me and my mom feel like we were in good hands. She had a good attitude and made sure I had the phone that fit my needs, as if she knew exactly what I really wanted. She even did an excellent job upselling all of your products. As a future business owner she’s exactly the kind of employee I want to hire. Overall I give your whole staff an A+. And I will be returning in the future to get an Apple Watch and hopefully more. “I love T-Mobile my family has been with them for years when it was sprint and T-Mobile bought them out. They helped fix my iPhone 13 Pro Max and then I ended up upgrading to google pixel 8 and I love it. They are very helpful and also very communicative. “I upgraded my cell phone and picked up the new phone at this location. I made an error while transferring data from the old phone to the new one. I went back to the store to get help correcting my error to get my phone back in service.The staff was extremely patient and helpful. They addressed all of my questions and made sure that I was comfortable with my new phone and plan. They were also advocates for me, helping me get the most out of my plan and money.The ladies working there were down-to-earth and empathetic. Andrea (correction: Angela), the store manager, primarily worked with me, but Aly and Karen were also helpful. I felt like I wasn't just working with one person, but that the whole team was working together to get things done efficiently.The staff also had such positive attitudes! They made what felt like a frustrating situation into a fun puzzle that needed to be solved.Overall, I had a great experience at this store. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new cell phone or plan.”

“I went to the Xfinity store to shop for a new phone. I dropped and chipped my old phone screen. The repair shops wanted 200.00 just to fix it. The sales specialist, Vanessa, was very helpful and got me the best phone for my needs the Samsung Galaxy A24 Ultra. Not only did she help me set it up she extended a discount to me that the customer service representative from the Philippines call center would not. I was very pleased.”

“Jules Beneke is an absolute rock star and a true asset to Verizon. I had a complicated problem with my phone and she was able to pinpoint and solve the problem expertly. She also made sure to explain each step and although it was closing time, she made sure everything was perfect before I left. She even helped me pair my Apple Watch! “I was very impressed with the service which was provided by associate Daily Sandaval. I went there with my uncle and my brother to get a new phone on September 11th and the 12th. She was so helpful with all three of us. I just love my new phone. Miss Sandaval helped me pick out my phone , and get the color that I wanted for it, I am learning a lot about it. My favorite feature is the camera. Once I took some pics, I was able to set it for my new wallpaper. Thanks again for helping me Miss Daily Sandaval, You we're the greatest!!!”
