“The technician was super nice and was pretty quick to set up the antenna on the side of the roof. We got a 100Mbps due to how low the antenna was. Besides the point! I bought a Netgear Orbi Wifi 7 mesh router (260 series) and not only is my router keeping us connected, it improves the speeds in my house from at or near 100Mbps but will lower to 95Mbps. Anyways I am a heavy gamer with his wifi and router it handles my gaming like nothing.”

“Hands down, FIVE STARS!We had Frontpoint for around 6 years and they went from fairly good customer service to nearly ZERO customer service. We couldn't get through to them. When we called they would ask us to leave a # and tell us they would get back to us.Frustrated, I called Sebastian and they made an appointment to come out and assess our needs. They utilized what they could of our previous system and added an outdoor security camera overlooking our driveway.All work performed was professional and they have been great to work with all around.The other day I entered the house through the garage and failed to disarm the system prior. They were on the phone with me withing 60 seconds to determine if there was a problem. This company does not disappoint! Highly recommend Sebastian for home security.”
