“I read the reviews and decided to check it out for myself. I like the close convenient location, just minutes from my home. The owner explained in detail the work they would do and what my options were. He understood that I was paying out of pocket and not using insurance, therefore he tried to make my dollar stretch. He did not take advantage or try to sell me on more even though my car is older and could definitely use more "fixing". He walked me through the quote so I understood what he was charging me for and what he chose not to charge me for. He checked for non dealer parts pricing to provide me options. My car was ready 1 day prior to what was estimated. I was surprised to see that they went ahead and fixed 2 small dents that was not quoted, just to be nice. They used top of the line paint that wont chip, this was huge for me since previous work done used poor quality paint and I had lots of chipping over the years. The entire staff was professional and kind. I felt safe and waited in the waiting room for my ride. Excellent experience overall and would return and tell my friends to go here.”

“I took my car in for a fender bender and met some very nice employees here. The transaction was a lot easier than I thought it would be and they helped me to get a loaner from Hertz while my car was in the shop. I was amazed at the job they did, fixing my car in a good amount of time, even cleaning my interior by vacuuming and polishing seats and dash! I could not have asked for a better experience. I returned and left my rental, and they called Hertz to pick it up. Take a lot of worry off of your mind, use Jester's. They go above and beyond for their customers. It's a nice change from the companies that are out there today, giving you grief and minimal effort. “Just purchased a 2003 CL 55 AMG Mercedeze Benz from McHenry Auto. Hamik was my sales representive. I had been looking for this vehicle for quit some time and finally found what I was looking for, but naturrally I was skepticle because it is a used car dealeeship. Hamik made me at ease informing me that this car was in imaculant condition, and well maintained by its previous owners. I was very impressed by his knollege and detail with the CL Benz models. We had great communication over the phone, emails, and with texting and I believe I got a fair deal for the vehicle. Hamik runs a professional established business, and I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from him to my friends and collegues. There was no pressure on the test drive, Hamik showed us a really nice path to test drive the car and allowed us as much time as we needed. It was an awsome experience amd the paperwork process was quick! Hamik even allowed to put the car on a rack, remove the protetive covers and inspect for oil leaks. That showes Honesty!
