I came in to have a copy of my house key made, I had a difficult time getting my key out of my key chain and Kumar ( I think he's the owner?) went above and beyond to assist. Not only did he volunteer to help get my stubborn key out of my keychain but he did with so with so much appreciation for my business. I take the time to write this because he spent a good 15-20 min with me for a $5.00 sale. I worked at Nordstrom for 12 years, and great customer service is something I always look for and unfortunately, rare these days.. great job Kumar! It's the small kindness people remember.
