    “The owner is a very knowledgeable lady who really knows her stuff. My e-bike’s rear tire was damaged because it got stuck on a stapler, and I was worried it might happen again. If she hadn’t told me about the options between air-filled and solid tires, I honestly wouldn’t have known. Thanks to her advice, I chose a solid tire, and my bike was repaired perfectly. She also repaired it super fast — I dropped it off at noon, and it was ready to pick up in the afternoon! Repairing an e-bike can be quite complicated since you need to remove the rear motor, but she handled it very professionally. After changing to the solid tire, I felt the ride was a bit bumpier than before, with some shaking. She quickly found the reason and added a small cushion pad in the wire box to reduce the vibration. She also helped adjust my seat to make it more comfortable and better balanced, since I didn’t have much experience with e-bikes before. Now it rides very smoothly, and I don’t have to worry about the tire breaking again. I’m very satisfied with the repair. Highly recommended! She is professional, friendly, and quick, and the price is very reasonable.”
