The owner Tom Slaughter is just a phone call away. He popped by and resolved my computer networking/printer problems in no time at all. He also cleaned up conflicting computer data that pointed to previous printers. He's a whiz besides being very personable and professional. Even the cat liked him!

Great help! I brought in my PC that is built myself when I realized that the problem I had was far out of my grasp, Greg was happy to help and pointed me in the direction of the parts I needed to fix the computer. Fair prices.

I originally left a boo hiss review because I had not gotten a reply after 30 days of my laptop in the shop and no response to my several calls. I got my computer back and it works fine so I'm changing my review. The owner is a nice guy. He gave me a used power source for free so he gets points for that.
