“I give this location 5 stars for the best prompt courteous service. I came in because out of the blue, a green light started flashing from the side of my phone. It's hard to use my phone as the on and off light is glaring my eyes. It turns out that it was because of the crack, as the light is glaring from that spot. I don't even remember when I dropped the phone and got the crack. The service person was very nice and answered all my questions. It turns out I still have my warranty on this phone and I didn't even realize that I had purchased it towards the end of last year so the warranty covers it. She made a ticket for my repair for tomorrow. The closest one happens to be out in Burbank so I'd have to drive out for tomorrow morning appointment, which was pretty quick. And she said all I had to pay was about $30. They'll replace my screen. I was originally going to get a new phone, but she said that the S2024 plus was exactly like the one I have except with the new year. After talking with her, I thought I'd better wait then, because that would have been 1k+ to spend on a new phone again. I've decided to wait until 2025, probably when the new model comes out.”
“I was visiting from NorCal and I was skeptical about coming to this location due to a prior experience about 3 years ago. This was the only T mobile store near me so I had no other option.I decided to take my chances since I was going to buy a family member a new phone. As I walked in the store I was glad the AC was running cause the SoCal heat is no joke. I was browsing the store for a minute and then I was greeted by a friendly employee named Oscar. I was completely lost on what type of phone to get my family member but Oscar was well informative and knew his stuff. He went in depth with the specs of each phone and also kept in mind of my budget.Overall my experience at this store was a 5 star. Customer service was off the chart! Oscar’s customer services was immaculate. If you are hunting for a new phone/line you must request Oscar no matter what. He’ll make sure to streamline your purchase without any hiccups.”

I was immediately assisted by the Manager Victor who passed me off to Jazmine, who was amazing . This was a 3-way call with a tmobile rep who was confused about the process. Jasmine kept it smooth and eventually got what I needed done in a timely manner. Again, I am no longer with Tmobile, but the service here was on point! THANK YOU, JAZMINE!”

“I switched from ATT to Medallion, or shall I say I ran away from ATT and Medallion rescued me. There were some billing issues with ATT, we provided the correct info to ATT, but it took them forever to process it. When I called ATT customer service, I was given the runaround and put on hold for hours. I called up Medallion based on Yelp reviews, it has been night (ATT) and day (Medallion). Medallion is local, offers great service with competitive pricing. I have been happy with Medallion since I made the switch in summer of 2019.”

“Honestly, I've been to several T Mobile locations for several different issues, and they are minimally helpful. Not so with this location. Other T Mobile stores and even the help line kept asking for a 6 digit pin that I think they must've just assigned to me because I only would've chosen my birthday. Thats the only thing I would've remembered. Or they didn't let me choose my birthday? Either way, I didn't have a 6 digit pin #. Rafi IS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE. He was the only person who said you can give them the last 4 digits of your social. Had the call center told me I could give the last 4 of my social or the other T Mobile store told me I could tell them the last 4 of my social that would have saved me soooooooo much time and heart ache. Rafi really wanted to help. Some of the other employees really wanted to help. I GOT MY PHONE REPLACED! Other T Mobile Stores I kept begging and begging and then leaving in frustration. This store actually helped me! Thank you!”
