“I wish I had discovered this place years ago! They accept drop offs for all the major couriers, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS! SUPER CONVENIENT.
I will be doing all my shipments at Burbank Shipping Center from here on out so I don’t have to be driving all over the place trying to find the various drop-off locations. There is even a table to pack, with tape, and they’re open every day except Sunday. No lines. And they provide drop-off receipts.

“This is my local UPS store and generally I always have very good interactions with the staff as they are polite and quick at the same time. Today I experienced something that was just Over The Top. Bravo to the tall, young gentleman that helped me this Saturday 8/23 morning at the register in the very back. First, he was very welcoming and patient with my phone reception. I had to run back and forth to the front of the store to get reception to load up my Amazon return QR codes. After I was all done and driving away, I saw him chasing me down because I left my glasses on the counter. He met me in the middle of the street. UPS you are VERY LUCKY to have this man on your team.
I also want to mention that there is free parking for dropping off packages right next door. You don't have to wait for the 2 loading spaces in front of the building. Makes this store very convenient.”
