“They do not work with UPS, so don’t believe Google. I’m sure they’re great for everything else but I had a UPS package to drop off unfortunately.”

“Staff is so personable & Kind. it’s so convenient coming here since they accept fedex, DHL, UPS, and USPS. I bring all my stuff here to avoid the headache of different places. They also remembered me & what we talked about after not coming back for a month which is so rare nowadays. They deserve all the business!! Support them any chance you get!”

“I’ve been using Postal Pack N Ship for many years, and I can confidently say they are absolutely phenomenal. Patrick and Robert consistently go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. They are professional, friendly, and incredibly accommodating when it comes to handling packages of all kinds. One of the things I appreciate most is their reliability and communication. They always call when packages arrive, which gives me peace of mind. I’ve never had a single issue with lost or stolen packages while using their service, something that’s truly invaluable. The only challenges I’ve experienced have been with outside delivery services (like DHS/GoGo), which occasionally don’t follow delivery instructions. However, that’s completely out of Postal Pack N Ship’s control, and Patrick and Robert still do everything they can to help resolve any issues that come up. Overall, I highly recommend Postal Pack N Ship. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, dependable place to handle your mail and packages, this is it. Patrick and Robert are the reason I’ve stayed a loyal customer for years!”

“Fast service and I don’t feel rushed at all! I came here to ship sensitive items for work twice. Both times they helped me gauge which shipping option to select best for my needs. Only hassle is parking but I more often than not get lucky out front. Also have a lot in the back that’s quite small. Love when their dog is in the shop!”

“I recently interacted with Artur Gevorgyan, Manager of Customer Service, and was impressed by his leadership and integrity. When we reported an unethical, ignorant behavior by a Postman. Artur addressed the issue promptly and effectively on the spot. His decisive actions resolved the problem and reinforced the standards of service we expect from USPS. He is a true asset to the company and USPS needs to hire more exemplary individuals like Artur!”
