“I brought some Corvette parts here after talking to a bunch of different shops, and Gary was one of the people I felt most comfortable with. He knew Corvettes, was easy to talk to, and even though they weren't the cheapest, I felt good about giving them the job.
There were a few issues with the first round of work, but Gary handled it the right way. He met with me and his painter, went over all the areas I had concerns about, and made sure everything got corrected without charging me anything extra.
To be fair, the carbon fiber parts I brought in were in pretty rough shape to begin with, so it wasn't exactly an easy job.
The final result came out really good, especially the color match. My Corvette is yellow, which can be tough to match, and honestly I don't think I've had another shop get the yellow this close before. I was really impressed with how it turned out.
Things didn't go perfectly the first time, but Gary stood behind the work and made sure I was happy in the end. That says a lot to me. I would definitely feel comfortable bringing another car or part here again.”

I was initially hesitant to use CARSTAR Glendale because the other driver’s insurance company recommended the shop as one of its preferred vendors. However, Vartan immediately eliminated every concern I had.
He made it clear through his actions that his priority was taking care of me and making sure my vehicle was repaired correctly. He was knowledgeable, professional, honest, patient, and incredibly responsive. He explained the process clearly, answered every question I had, kept me consistently updated, and made sure I was never left wondering what was happening with my car.
Vartan also helped coordinate the rental-car process and made everything extremely convenient. What could have been a frustrating and stressful insurance claim became a smooth, organized, and genuinely positive experience because of the way he managed it.
The repair itself was outstanding. My car had significant damage to the front bumper, fender, and wheel, yet the entire job was completed in only three days. When I picked it up, the car looked like the accident had never happened. The paint match, body lines, panel alignment, wheel repair, and overall finish were exceptional.
The entire team at the CARSTAR Glendale location did incredible work, but Vartan is the primary reason this experience stood out so much. He did not treat me like another claim number or repair order. He treated me like a valued customer and took personal ownership of the entire process.
Employees like Vartan are incredibly valuable because they do more than provide good service—they create trust, loyalty, referrals, and a strong reputation for the company. Because of him, I would confidently recommend the CARSTAR Glendale location to my family, friends, and anyone needing collision repair.
