This place quoted me an estimate that was about $4,800 less than the other one! Of course I chose this place, and I was definitely pleased with the work! Raffi and his team did a phenomenal job in both their customer service and the actual work done on the car. He really gave me the best and most reasonable deal that any logical person can ask for with the work that was done. Every scratch, scrape, and dent is gone and my car looks practically new. He even put a little touch-up paint on a nick that wasn't even part of the estimate. I highly recommend this body shop, especially if you're paying out of pocket. I can only hope that insurance companies mostly choose this auto body shop, too.”

“These guys do fantastic work. My car is a 1999 CRV its been a great little car and I didn't want to it give up. A 19 year old on a cell phone rear ended me and his insurance company totaled my car. Most parts aren't available anymore for older cars but US Auto found parts and put my car back together and even matched the paint. They did beautiful work my car looks brand new and the people are great and easy to work with. I would never go anywhere else. I took some of their business cards and I carry them with me so I could give them to people.”

“I have been taking my cars to Jack and his son John for a couple years now for customization and the occasional dent and scratch that comes up. Let me first off by saying it is very difficult to find trustworthy and honest people in this industry and I am so glad I found Goodfellas Collision Center. My Porsche windows were giving me issues and no one was able to diagnose the problem correctly. Literally after 1 hour of dropping of my car John called me back with a diagnosis and a cost estimate for repairs, which by the way were extremely reasonable and affordable. “I needed my out of state license plates changed over to California ones. Unfortunately, I was having trouble doing it myself. I called and even though they were closed for Memorial Day, the owner let me stop in. We still weren't able to get them off so he had me come by the next day. They quoted me an hour but got the plates changed in 20 minutes. The owner (whose name I forgot. I'm sorry!) didn't even charge me for the work. It was such a pleasant experience and will definitely come here for any work I may need in the future!”

“I highly recommend this shop. They are beyond honest and do great work.I recently had a tree fall in my car and break the moonroof glass. The estimate was $1190.00. When I told the boss that we're basically just driving this car until it drops and then will be donating it and was wondering if there was a way to just keep the rain out he suggested getting used parts. He hopped on his computer and found a moonroof in Bakersfield for $100.00. He only charged me $45.00 for the install for a total of $145.00. I gave them a bit more. They so deserve it.”
