“Doors were hard to close. Wind heard coming through gap in door, especially on freeway. I told employee- he slammed the door from outside, but you can't have that doe on both doors everytime. Minor issue, otherwise smooth rental experience.”

“Giving it 4 instead of 5 just because of how expensive it was but other than that, they're a good group of people who are literally always there (when open), super helpful, cut my lock for me a few times when I forgot my keys. I left some stuff behind and they charged decently to discard the items for me, the move out paperwork was done before we were even halfway thru moving out so it was swift and smooth”
“Rented a cargo van at the Frogtown location- Ronald was EXTREMELY helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience- He installed a phone holder since there wasn’t a screen navigation in the van and also an adapter so that I could listen to my phone ( music/ podcasts) while driving.
He was very friendly and accommodating and id certainly rent from here again.”

“My new go-to expendables store in Hollywood! I thought these guys were just production rentals, but this expendables store is well stocked & organized and the customer service is super helpful... David heard my production needs (and budget constraints) and helped me find everything I needed - and then some... Ended up putting together a better package than I'd even hoped for when I went in......AND got out the door under budget, which never happens... Don't sleep on Quixote for expendables...and find David if you need help sorting things out. He'll get you squared away!”

“I asked why the company was called Zeeba. I was told that it is the Persian word for Beautiful. Well, I must say, the van was all that and more. Powerful, clean and easy to drive through even the most buffeting winds at speed on Interstate 5. And with all this, he price can't be beat by a country mile. The service was personal, friendly and helpful. I have rented vans before, and never got anything as good as this at ANY price. If I could I would rate Zeeba 10 Stars! I am looking forward to the need to rent a van again from Zeeba. And I will, beyond doubt, recommend Zeeba to my friends.”

“amazing experience! i had a really nice clerk, who was very helpful and sweet, informed me of everything up front and even complimented my name. a huge contrast from the horrific experience i had at the western ave location in koreatown.
the clerk told me there as well that they have the option of changing mobile pick up to counter, so she did that and i was able to pay in person and go on about my way. i don’t remember her name but she was a little older, and a total sweetheart. i will use this location from now on !”

I wanted to reach out and just say thank you to Maria, Barbara and Alice! Everyone working at this storage facility that I have had interactions with there has been genuinely positive, friendly and helpful!
I rented a container to store possessions. The container was immaculately clean and fresh for move in! That is a great start for the process of storing possessions that are important to you!
I have rented many storage units throughout the country over the past years! This facilities restroom is one of the cleanest and well kept that I have experienced! One more example that there is caring involved by the people that are working there!

“Renting a trailer has never been easier. I was able to get more jobs done and satisfy my customers with the care and professionalism the order need to be done correctly. United has a ton of great equipment for just about any job and what I didn’t expect was the trailer I rented had a floor that drops down so now the order can be taken off with a pallet jack if a forklift isn’t available. This feature blew my customer away also a couple of guys saw me lower the floor and were fascinated by that feature I’m pretty sure they will be renting as well. I can’t wait to start working with United again and bidding on jobs the require this level of functionality and safety with ease of loading it’s unreal. I can honestly say if you’re thinking about renting a trailer definitely choose United Rentals. Thanks for reading my post.”

“Truck wouldn't start next day, maybe I left a light on or didn't lock the door. Called Penske Sun Valley (11200 Peoria) location and they immediately dispatched a tech in 45 min. Truck was jump-started and tech waited for 15 min before re-starting the truck on it's own battery power. Truck started without issues and we never had any problems along our 4-day journey from LA to Seattle. Also truck was 3-years old, seats were very comfortable, it was a pleasure to drive and we arrived will little fatigue and backache at our destination. Highly recommended A+”

The truck I rented was a bit damaged on the driver's side, but nothing crazy. The mirror also on the driver's side was loose and it needed me to re adjust it constantly while driving.”

“Budget gets 0 stars, but Doshi gets 5! Although Budget was extremely unhelpful, Doshi did everything he could to sort our their error and kept me informed regarding a rental van that never arrived. Even though I never got to rent from them, I'd rent with Doshi despite the terrible customer service from Budget itself. I hope Doshi opens his own rental company some day!”
“⭐ Fast & Easy U-Haul Neighborhood Pickup Near Home ?
I was honestly surprised to discover that U-Haul now offers the Neighborhood Dealer service and even happier to find out that I could pick up the truck right near my home.
I made a same day reservation and walked over to pick up the vehicle.
The woman at the counter was very friendly and helped me through the entire process step by step.
Within about ten minutes, I was already inside the truck and ready to go.
Everything worked smoothly and exactly as expected.
A very convenient option if you need a quick rental without going to a large U-Haul center. ?”
