“Just received excellent customer service for propane tank refill. I brought in my two rusty old tanks, the very nice technician came out of the office immediately and inspected them--they have a date stamped in the metal, and they're good for 12 years, so mine were expired by a couple of years. He suggested that I could get them re-certified but, seeing rows of brand-new ones, I opted to replace them. No problem leaving the old ones for recycling. He filled them quickly, showed me a couple of safety tips, and I paid right there in the parking lot. Took all of 10 minutes total. Definitely recommend this UHaul for safe, knowlegeable, certified and fast propane tank service.”
“Not even close! The value is goals here, fast friendly, didn't waste time trying to push other nonsense except the double check on insurance which spoilers. Your basic insurance probably covers rentals! We had a decent red Corolla about half the other options. Thanks guys!”

“My new go-to expendables store in Hollywood! I thought these guys were just production rentals, but this expendables store is well stocked & organized and the customer service is super helpful... David heard my production needs (and budget constraints) and helped me find everything I needed - and then some... Ended up putting together a better package than I'd even hoped for when I went in......AND got out the door under budget, which never happens... Don't sleep on Quixote for expendables...and find David if you need help sorting things out. He'll get you squared away!”

“Giving it 4 instead of 5 just because of how expensive it was but other than that, they're a good group of people who are literally always there (when open), super helpful, cut my lock for me a few times when I forgot my keys. I left some stuff behind and they charged decently to discard the items for me, the move out paperwork was done before we were even halfway thru moving out so it was swift and smooth”
“I asked why the company was called Zeeba. I was told that it is the Persian word for Beautiful. Well, I must say, the van was all that and more. Powerful, clean and easy to drive through even the most buffeting winds at speed on Interstate 5. And with all this, he price can't be beat by a country mile. The service was personal, friendly and helpful. I have rented vans before, and never got anything as good as this at ANY price. If I could I would rate Zeeba 10 Stars! I am looking forward to the need to rent a van again from Zeeba. And I will, beyond doubt, recommend Zeeba to my friends.”
“All you need to know for mobile pick up is to make sure your location services is on - on your phone. I didn’t know this, but they told me at the counter and I remembered it for the drop off process and it was very easy. The app asks you to take a few photos and submit them and it is easy. The van was roomy and is powerful driving up hills, good on gas too. Thank you”

“Renting a trailer has never been easier. I was able to get more jobs done and satisfy my customers with the care and professionalism the order need to be done correctly. United has a ton of great equipment for just about any job and what I didn’t expect was the trailer I rented had a floor that drops down so now the order can be taken off with a pallet jack if a forklift isn’t available. This feature blew my customer away also a couple of guys saw me lower the floor and were fascinated by that feature I’m pretty sure they will be renting as well. I can’t wait to start working with United again and bidding on jobs the require this level of functionality and safety with ease of loading it’s unreal. “Truck wouldn't start next day, maybe I left a light on or didn't lock the door. Called Penske Sun Valley (11200 Peoria) location and they immediately dispatched a tech in 45 min. Truck was jump-started and tech waited for 15 min before re-starting the truck on it's own battery power. Truck started without issues and we never had any problems along our 4-day journey from LA to Seattle. Also truck was 3-years old, seats were very comfortable, it was a pleasure to drive and we arrived will little fatigue and backache at our destination. Highly recommended A+”
“Why not it called U-Haulywood? Haha. If you say that pay me a dollar. Any way. I rented a truck here it was smooth it was easy it was everything you wanted it to be. Summight say the people there are really great and kind. I agree. They were really easy to work with and nice to me. OH ALSO I left my wallet in the truck I’m such a big mess they called me they said hey lil girl we got your lil girl wallet. Just kidding they were professional. I’m not a lil girl it’s not an insult I’m just not a girl. Picked it up happy-as-a-clam. My computer told me to get a 15-footer I did and yep it was cheap and easy and also wasn’t big enough for all of my stuff to fit into it. Not a dig on the truck he did allllll he could bless his heart I just had to much stuff. Any way much love and thanks for my wallet. Recommend here for getting a truck for sure :D”

I was honestly surprised to discover that U-Haul now offers the Neighborhood Dealer service and even happier to find out that I could pick up the truck right near my home.
I made a same day reservation and walked over to pick up the vehicle.
The woman at the counter was very friendly and helped me through the entire process step by step.
Within about ten minutes, I was already inside the truck and ready to go.
Everything worked smoothly and exactly as expected.
A very convenient option if you need a quick rental without going to a large U-Haul center. ?”
