“I usually love this store. It’s quick, convenient and in my neighborhood. Most everyone is super friendly and nice. They hired a new guy though who is just plain rude. I have been coming in once or twice a week for over a year and a half to get ice for my freezer and since I have a dorm sized freezer I just bring a gallon bag and fill it. This new guy told me I’m not allowed to do that, even though everyone else is totally fine with it. Tonight he yelled at me not to come in on his shift to get my ice ( which is generally the only time I have a chance to get ice. He told me to buy a four dollar bag ( which is twice the size of my freezer so I’d be wasting ice) because he apparently cant figure out how to charge me for the ice. Everyone else charges me for a cup of ice since I’m bringing my own container. He was rude and borderline hateful and it really makes me not want to come back because there’s no reason he’s being so rude about it when no one else is and it makes me very uncomfortable.”

“Oh I won $30 playing Lotto scratcher tickets purchased food & drinks. The clerk was friendly. This 7-Eleven store in Montrose is convenient absolutely nice & clean. Best selection. The fountain drinks were fresh well cleaned. Self serve food such as 1/4lb Big Bite & spicy hot dog. Grill items. Cheap price excellent deal of course. Grabbing coffee is worth it. The menu on the screen was new. Great start. Very satisfying. That’s all I have to say.”
