“When my Mom's Panasonic Microwave stopped working I thought about just replacing it. Then I thought about Her having to learn how to operate another brand of microwave. This was her second Panasonic Microwave, The first one lasted about 5 years, This one was just under 2 years old, She was not happy with Panasonic & was thinking of switching brands. I did a little research & found Electronic Design & Services, Sam was amazing. He quickly diagnosed the problem & got to work. The owner Sam Is what I would describe as "Semi" Retired, He genuinely enjoys his work. He is one of the nicest & warmest people I've met in a long time. If you have the opportunity to bring your malfunctioning appliance to Sam, I suggest you do that. It will make your day better I promise.”

Would not recommend the 1st floor womens bathrooms as they can get really bad, but it's understandable since you have heavy mall traffic alongside normal shoppers going in for a handful of things instead of browsing.”

“The super soda machine is great! Far more options than the usual eight at most 7-Elevens.
However, the carbonation was off. Drink foamed out of control when filling the cup and of course it ended up flat. Try tipping the cup so that it's not blasting straight down into the bottom? (Old technique for drawing pints.)”
“This is the best store out of all the 7-Elevens I visit. It excels in cleanliness, service, comfort, staff competence, and consistency. This store always has fresh, delicious coffee; the atmosphere in the mornings is pleasant and calm; and everything I need is always in stock. The staff are amazing.”

So many lotto scratcher ticket section. The service is great. Fast paced. New menus as well. I definitely come back again for Foods, drinks, desserts & lotto scratcher tickets.”

“I am a disabled woman. And, my disability makes, even the simplest things as a visit to my neighborhood 7-11 difficult. But, this store’s staff treats me with nothing but patience and kindness. So, I encourage anyone in the area that needs to pick-up a few, quick things, to support this business and do so there.”
“I recently had an incredible experience at this particular 7-Eleven that completely changed the way I view convenience stores. I had stopped in late one evening after a long day at work, just planning to grab a quick snack and a bottle of water. As I reached the counter, I realized I had accidentally left my wallet in my car. Embarrassed, I told the cashier I’d be right back. When I returned, not only had they patiently held my items for me, but one of the employees had even offered to keep an eye on my car because I’d mentioned having a flat tire earlier in the day.
What truly blew me away was what happened next. After I paid and thanked them for their kindness, the clerk, along with another team member, actually came outside with me to take a look at my tire. Without hesitation, they helped me find the leak and even pulled out a small repair kit they kept in the store for emergencies. It wasn’t part of their job, and they certainly didn’t have to take time out of their shift to help—but they did, with no expectation of anything in return. Their kindness, patience, and genuine concern turned a frustrating night into a deeply positive one.
I can’t say enough good things about the team at this 7-Eleven. The store itself is always clean, well-stocked, and organized, but it’s the people who truly make it special. It’s rare to find that kind of above-and-beyond service these days, especially at a convenience store. Because of their outstanding care and generosity, this location has earned my loyalty—and I’ve already shared my story with friends and family. Thank you to the amazing staff for proving that a little kindness can go a very long way.”
“During a TMobile to Verizon transfer my iPhone became an unusable heating device. The techs at the store were eventually able to restore full functionality to my phone without doing a factory reset.”
“My phone stopped charging yesterday and was dead. I had previous issues with my lightning port so I figured it might’ve been done for. When I got there I told David my issue and he was able to direct me to a wireless charger I could try out to diagnose if the issue was fully with the port or the phone itself. After successfully charging my phone I approached David and Marcus and asked about who to speak with about potentially diagnosing the lightning port issues. Marcus said he could check it out right then and with a few tools was able to clean out the lightning port enough to restore its functionality. Super clutch help on both of their parts, it was greatly appreciated.”
“Out of all the Targets In LA, this one has the best environment. The customers are polite and the staff are pretty solid. It does get confusing that it's two stories and if you forget something, you'd have to go up and down the escalator, but overall my favorite one in the area.Came here to review specifically because a cashier was so exceptionally nice to me today. Her name was Rubi, and she was so efficient and kind she bagged my goods for me (I've noticed people don't do that anymore but RUBI DID!) and she was the perfect amount of conversation without trying too hard.”
