“I’m never really one to write reviews but they deserve one. I ordered a metal print sign/poster. Was nervous as I was thinking it could be damaged during shipping and sure enough it was.(no fault of their own, it was packaged really well) Talked with Grace from Squaresigns, and they took care of me. They stand by their product and are replacing my product free of charge. It shows they care about their customers unlike other companies out there. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again. “THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! When my paintings began to sell, I knew nothing about prints, absolutely nothing! Scott and Julian were both so KIND and PATIENT, taking time to explain to me the process! My prints are always done promptly and look GORGEOUS. I feel confident and proud when I ship them off to my customers, who are always extraordinarily happy! Both Scott and Julian have gone above and beyond to help me make the most out of my art business and I could not be happier. The other day, I had 3 enormous prints to ship and Julian took the time to show me step by step in person how to package and ship them so that they would not get damaged in transit. Well, that, needless to say, was priceless and made my day much better than it could have been, if I'd tried to do it myself for the first time.
