DJ is the man. I ask for him when I go there. I went today because the screws that were supplied with the bed supports were not holding. DJ told me the were really sheet metal screws and not wood screws. After a learning explanation, he gave me wood screws and they really did the job. Called for an item check, looked and said they didn't have it. Later they went out of their way to call me and tell me that they found the item and would hold it for me! Great customer service and they went out of their way!
