I live near this supermarket and, as you mentioned in the comments, some of the staff in this store have a bad service attitude. My husband and I often come to this store, the cashier is not smiling, the service attitude is really bad, sometimes we will come to buy several times a day, because we are Uber delivery people, is it strange to buy several times a day? The staff doesn't need to be surprised! We help you deliver to customers, please respect all the customers who come to your store! Thank you all!

Had a very rude staff member in the guest services. I would not reccomend this location for any form of special transactions. Good luck to the team and the store. I really did not appreciate the way I was spoken to today when trying to legally retrieve money from western union.

I stopped by placed order for a Saturday pick up. The cake was a photo with colors chosen by myself with light blue border. It was 1/4 sheet white cake with fresh strawberry & bananas to feed 20. We had three slices left. Everyone at 80th birthday was impressed with design, taste , and a hit at birthday celebration. The cake was ready at suggested pick up time. Thank You Albertson Bakery Cake decorator.

This store is great. I love the atmosphere. Never too busy. They have a great deal on the prime rib roast. I believe it's $5.99 lb.I highly recommend this store.

Night Assistant manager Closes the side door facing the handy cap and cub side pick up at 715pm . It's Violation of fire code and Oceana due to emergency like earthquake, fire, and mass shoting the law ?all doors must remain open and unlocked during business hours?. When you Barricade the door with shopping carts is Violation of the law !I'm handy cap he makes it harder for me to shop or even use a shopping cart on the side I park on (where handy cap is) to assist me walking in. 90% stop going now drive to vons or state a brother's 2 mils away. The Albertsons in brea does not lock or Barricade the door with shoppers carts. Or ans the bathroom are on the side. Just think if a family has a family email foe the bathroom or a elderly person. Broken Carts. Tried all 5 carts at one entrance. Wheels not turning. Tried 4 carts. All seamed broken. Then realized a brake had been added. Confirmed with cashier that this was to keep homeless from stealing carts. Since I'm recovering from a knee injury and need the cart I'll have to go elsewhere. Handicapped should also find another store.
