I hated my experience in this store! My father passed away and At&t said I had to pay an early disconnect fee for my dead father's direct TV account that I closed.

Have been at this location before. They greet you right away and see you as soon as possible. Came in with a problem of tv services I had set up in Cerritos Location. Cerritos Location failed to mention installing a Satellite Dish in the roof when trying to "help" out. The day of installing the technician explains having Satellite Dish in the roof. We live in an Apartment Complex so we obviously refuse the service. Without any solution or reschedule and the uverse tv being cancel I stopped by the La Habra location to resolve the issue after work. Rigo and Don were really helpful and very transparent. Rigo inform me that the Cerritos Location also added phone insurance and early update plan in one of the phone without my knowledge. He helped me cancel any fee the Cerritos Store added without my knowledge.

Came in to transfer some data from a dead phone to a new phone and Marc gave the absolute best customer service. Went through the entire process and gave me new insight on some tips and tricks. A+ all around

I am very happy with everybody that works here. I had to come back ever day for a few days because of my doing and each one of them were very patient with me and Ultimately helped me in the end. Mark and Bishoy are the main peeps that help me.
