JACKIE is a life saver !! My dad has been in severe pain for weeks & on 12.12.23 at 11:45p 15 mins before they closed I went in asking for help I was looking for a heating pad & massage gun . Jackie was so helpful she also understood how bad that pain my dad was dealing with and sympathized not even a ER dr did that days prior . Thank you from the bottom of my heart !!

We went to look for some grinch stuff and as soon as we walked on we noticed a guy following us. I'm always aware of my surroundings. I told my daughter to keep an eye. All thru the store we were being followed. When it was time to pay we saw the guy infront of us pretending to grab an item and it turns out it was loss prevention. That was so annoying and funny. I never steal but apparently I look like I do. We were targeted from the moment we walked in. I will never be going to that store again. Once the guy was near I said It loud. "Oh it's loss prevention" the guy quickly scrambled to his office. Horrible

Hey been there yesterday again to see if the aditude changed but no!!! Even when I told the same lowlife longhaired guy not to harass me again he started it again then called the la Habra police and when they refused to come called 2 more security guards to intimidate/harass me ! I have two additional witnesses and a video! I went to report this at La Habra police and send a written report to the state and federal authorities!!!This low level shop with thirty unprofessional and low manners is still in business? Unbelievable! Avoid the place like the plague!

Dirty nothing in the store. BUT they finally have a dressing room. I found an awesome pair of shoes for formal dance. They were on clearance for five dollars and they would not sell them to me because they were recalled I argued with them and why is a pair of flat shoes with three straps recalled so I couldn't buy them went back the next day and both pairs are back on the shelf. Try to buy them again from a different person and same thing they're recalled, so why are they on the shelf?

This store is so disgusting. Everything you touch has a chalky thick dust on it. My and my moms allergies were so bad for a few hours even after leaving the store. And we only spent maybe 20 minutes in it because it was so gross.

This store was absolutely filthy it was covered with a thick layer of white dust everything you touched coated your hands in dust , it felt like I was at an old thrift store, some areas were such a mess everything was just piled up with obviously no effort to clean

Wish I could leave 1/2 star y'all. This place is soooo dusty is not even funny. How can't anyone who works here not notice?. I walked out of there after 30 minutes. Never again.

Very bad customer serviceThey wouldn't even let me use the restroom after I explained I was going to shop but needed to use the restroom firstAll the ladies on the shift were too busy gossiping to even help me6pm may22I can honestly say I would never recommend anyone to come to this location or at least not on this shift.Smh I'm so disappointed

Great prices. But No Dressing rooms to try things on and worst of all NO restrooms. Restrooms are need for many people who are on medications to shop with comfort and to not worry about running out of the store.

Be careful who you hire because people can steal from their employer...in this case Vienna Rayos,,this employee bragged stealing clothes and money...facts....I would know..she lives with me for 3 years

We came by in the evening when the store was not busy. We always find great winter outfits in amazing bargains at different branches. We were disappointed to find out the store did not carry any snow pants.

Stopped in to just take a quick look. Found a few things. But the sales associate that checked me out at the end. Was Great very Energetic, Happy Bubbly. He reminded me of my Brother. He was so nice when I told him that . Thank you Brandon for Brightening my Gloomy day. It was a Pleasure to meet you.

OMG thier Christmas Gift Section was hard to beat!! Amazing purses, perfumes, makeup gifts, and warm fuzzy stocking stuffers!! Love this store!! My go to place now!!

I found an item for my toddler a unicorn chair had a stain and the bottom of the chair was really dirty. So when I went to check out I asked the associate name Autumn wore glasses. if I would be able to get a discount due to the stain and dirty at the bottom of the chair. So she asked another associate. They were secretly talking and the associate came back and told me they would give me 10% off and I can't return it then the girl took the tag off where it states how to wash the cover of the chair which I found it weird like why would you do that when I'm buying this item. So I asked her and she said she was told to do that and then I said well how am I suppose to wash it if I don't have the directions? She pointed on the tag another tag that the chair had but that stated the warning sign no directions to clean it. So I left upset then came back to the store and spoke with another associate(Hispanic/hair in a bun)I explained to her she was rude too but gave me the original tag but took off the price with bar code. I found it weird that they did that. I never had any company do that before with discounts. This store needs employees with better customer service.
