If you live in the U.S., working at government offices or banks is so boring, late, and time-consuming, right? I recommend this bank I went there a few times to take care of small things, and the staff was very friendly and the work was done very quickly. Horrible experience tried to open an account made and appointment online they said I wasn’t on the schedule witch was a lie I had confirmation email and everything the branch manager so he claimed to be Erick told me to go another branch we don’t want your business went to the brand in La Habra branch had the account open unless then an hour horrible customer service from bankers to management don’t recommend them one bit

Came in to open an account. I was set up with a financial advisor whom engaged in high-pressure tactics to get me to invest in their products. When I insisted that I wasn't interested, the tag team became relentless. Eventually, I was dismissed and forced to sit in the lobby for close to 45 minutes before leaving. I felt like I was in a car dealership. It was a waste of time because I ended up opening my account online in less than 5 minutes.

Went to chase to open a business account. While there he noticed I made some mistakes while filing. He took the time to restart my application and make sure I understood everything even with my LLC. If you ever need assurance and assistance Peter Koh is your guy.

Called and no one answered the phone. Option “5”.tried many times. Called corporate, they apologized saying they don’t hav access to branch numbers. How rediculous that was?

The Korean employee on the right side of the door to this bank is still working on ignoring customers and speaking bluntly. When I said I had a USAA card, you said you couldn't have such a card, and everything I said was the worst banker who interpreted it as a lie.

My experience may differ from yours. Hi all , my third attempt to become a customer at chase in California LA/Anaheim branch was declined in a extremely weird manner. Which was I did not have an appointment which I rebuked each time with I work with in your scheduled hours unless work is ends earlier than usual. So this last time asked why your location isn’t busy you have staff availability can I wait for a cancellation. The answer was neither yes or no just please make an appointment. Mind you I’m a potentially new customer for a student/personal checking account. So I decided to call corporate support to satisfy my query on why they would just turn away new business opportunities. Once I finally had contact with a customer support supervisor air quotes, they told me it’s policy from the COVID 19 pandemic. I said I’m fully vaccinated. Then they replied it’s required no matter what for an interaction with banking personnel existing and new alike. But kept repeating to do all this online and. I said firmly I like to do most all of financial services in person. No response they deflected my question with a question and answer.I said I’ll attempt one last time to make an appointment and or create an account online but I’m leaning heavily towards a credit union because last time I checked JPmorgan Chase isn’t that good and or high profile to just dismiss new business but what do know cheers.

Bruh yelp or chase gotta update these hours. Yelp says it closes at 4pm, the store actually closes at 2pm.

I have my business with this bank for over 3 years.I don't like to leave bad reviews but people working at this branch has not work ethic, starting with "officer" Erik Shyrock.I went to apply for a business credit card, I did an appointment and had to close my business for 2 hrs, it was a completely waste of time. I never got noticed if the business credit card was approved even when I'm moving money each month with this bank, Erik never called me for an answer, the "specialist" never pick up the phone and when you try to call this branch it transfer you to the voicemail.Another thing, the man has not experience.If there are nobody enough smart with knowledge in this branch, better be honest and send people to another one but don't waste our time!

If your looking for a bank to take you seriously and not waste your time, then I highly recommend to stay away from this bank. Scheduled a branch meeting and the person who was gonna attend me wasn't even working. The banker who helped me just wasted my time while many workers who were walking pass me couldn't attend me. Will definitely not be coming here anymore.
