I'M NOT PLEASED THAT ONE OF THEIR WORKERS TOLD MY HUSBAND THAT SHE COULD NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT BECAUSE HE DID NOT HAVE A STATUS AND ONLY THE WORK PERMIT THAT IS DISCRIMINATION.

This drive thru ATM sucks the machines are extra super slow they need an immediate upgrade, plus their Money Reader has A hard time reading clean smooth bills.Chase Bank look into this immediately for the sake of your customers and fix these issues. Thank you.
