Thank you Mayra for all your help. I came in a little frustrated and Mayra was able to take care of me and get me out fast. I was inform that the teller couldn't do a wire transfer so I had to wait about 10 min for the manager to help me. She was really nice and answered all my questions. I would suggest they get about 2 or 3 tellers just to make the wait time a little shorter.

The worst bank teller customer service you will ever experience!!! The manager is pointless because they're on personal calls hiding. I would drive all the way to Culver City better customer service, amazing attention to detail and professional. I will o could give them a negative start rating

The worst Citibank that I've ever been tooIt's either one teller working or closed. It took me 20 minutes to get a cashiers check. There was nobody waiting before me, so why did it take 20 minutes? Because it took 3 employees putting their heads together to figure out where the checks were located. Asked for the fee to be waived on the cashiers check that I needed that was well over 10k due to the ridiculous wait and was informed only a manager could waive the fee Asked for the manager and was informed he worked at the Culver City branch... smh This location is the hood of all Citibanks and should be closed downMaybe the service will get better once Inglewood is made great again ** in my Mayor Butthead voice. Oops, I meant Mayor Butt s....

Why is this branch still open. I do not see how it is benefitting the community, I hope this space will be occupied by a business that has excellent customer service, communication and cares.

This is the worse bank. I came at 10 and sat until 10:30 and told to come back at 2 or 4 to open a Buisness account. Hey no one is in the bank and workers are sitting around talking. You want me to come back in 4 hours what a joke. Where are the black people working in the bank what happened Inglewood. This bank must be closing down when people are being turned away in an empty bank. I will let the National Action Network know about this travesty. Al Sharpton where are you people in Inglewood, wow.

This citi bank is pretty fair. It is kind of old school compared to banks I had previously, but no major complaints a business line would be helpful, but I will not die without one.

Citibank you should be ashamed! This location is horrible and the employees are disgusting. I'm here to open an account and no one seems to know what they are doing. Retrain you're staff Citibank or close the whole operation down. Very very very disappointed.

If i could give them a negative rating i would. I called to stop a ACH charge 3 business days prior to it posting and the transaction posted. This is the 3rd time this has happened. When you call customer service, they provide some lame excuse (this time because i didn't include the cents but i did provide the company name). I thought B of A was bad but Citibank is the worst. Gonna try switching to a credit union.

Worst customer service ever... been there since the morning and I see like 2 inside at the branch a guy and a woman and no one sees me and get to help me out with my issue on my account. Worst customer service ever, I would not go to Citibank anymore and specially to that branch because One of the tellers named Jorge Troncos was being a dick with me. Do not go there please . Save your time . Go to Chase.

This bank doesn't honor checks from their own bank. I brought in a check to cash, because I needed money today, and didn't want to deposit it in my own account. Citibank refused to cash a Citibank check. There are, apparently, a handful of branches in the LA area that will. I even tried calling this branch to make sure they would cash it, but after 25 minutes of telephone robots transferring me back to themselves, and having NEVER reached a human being, I decided to just drive since it would be faster. The teller told me they could cash the check if I opened an account with them. I told them that any bank that doesn't honor their own checks is not a trustworthy institution, and that I would never in my life do business with them. I am even going to stop accepting checks from clients that have Citibank accounts. A bank without money is like a Taco Bell without food. I would return to neither.
