I walked in at 8.57 pm girl said we're closed when the sign says last load 9pm. Never coming back here again. (I only had one small duffle bag load to do)

The machines don't work most of my loads came out wet spend too much money to dry won't come here again.

At least this place has hot water to wash your clothes in. Most places I've been to claim room temperature water as hot. Did the job for me.
