Angela and Carolina were so friendly and helpful in making a decision to take Covid boost shot and RVP shots . I will comeback to them again later. So felt good to have their superb service.

Nothing but good experiences here and I am happy to consider this my go-to pharmacy. Not sure which Team other reviewers are referencing, but I don't see how it could be the same people. Always kind and takes the time to talk to their patients, I feel comfortable here each visit.

This CVS had no line and I was able to walk right up and get my Flu shot. They gave me some papers to fill out and while I was receiving the shot, Caroline the pharmacist talked to me about how to take care of my sick baby at home. she also offered me some Starbursts just in case I felt faint after. It was a wonderful experience.

The pharmacy techs have zero patience or customer service skills. Pharmacists are always helpful, but the other girls are rude and unhelpful. If they don’t like their job enough to help customers, they should quit.

Avoid this CVS until they change their pharmacist and workers. There is another CVS just barely few minutes away as an option. The current employees working there have been rude, incompetent and unprofessional. Would you trust your prescription with workers like this ?

Second time I come to this location. Second time I walk away with no medication due to the ineptitud. They don't know how to react an rx pad. That's scary! Now that I see all these one star reviews I definitely won't be coming back!

THIS IS LITERALLY THE WORST PHARMACY IN LA HABRA. If my life depended on my medication being filled, I'd be dead. They took over 4 hours to fill a prescription and when I called to get an update they left me on hold for over 25 minutes. I will NEVER fill my prescription here again. The service and their customer service is the worst. Rude and incompetent.

This place has horrible customer service! You can't find anyone to help you and when you do to they give you half a** service. Like I'm bothering them. I hate going to this CVS! They need to get rid of the current staff and manager and hire new helpful friendly people asap!

Today I was at the new cvs on beach and Imperial had very very Bad service from a employee her name was Hannah just because she was off the clock already she didn't want to help she was mad cause she couldn't leave yet there was something wrong with her cash register she made sure that everyone that she was off the clock she told me to my face that she can't help me cause she's off the clock ok then why was she behind the register. She was so so so rude.

On a lot more then one occasion when you are buying something buy one get one half off and even on the register keypad it showed buy one get one half at the end the system failed to take off half the price on the one that is supposed to. Check your respites before you leave the store.
