Was connected to this place cause fedex ground was delivering my fedex express packages. I talked to Sandra (id 435494; if she didnt lie). She pretended to write down my tracking number, but when asked to repeat it back to me later it turned out she did not even do it. She lied repeatedly and then hung up on me. I will be going down to the office to make a formal complaint. Worst customer service I have ever seen. I would give negative stars if I could.

Package was not delivered, and I tried to file a claim but FedEx won't allow me since I was not the shipper .How can you say it's delivered and left at the porch when know one showed up from FedEx here because my brother was home and he received his packages from ups at 3pm.
