Would NOT go back, customer service was not it, mind you self checkout is for SELF not for the associates to grab your card/money out of your hand & do it for you, GMFU. Yeah I wouldnt return, there is other five belows with better customer service, thank you very much. Don't waste your time coming here.

Manager Leslie Delivered Great Customer Service While We Visited The Store! Good Customer Service Is Hard To Find Now And Days, But She Helped Us Find The Product We Needed And Was Super Kind About It!

Not only is this a bad place to shop but it's also horrible to work for. First I decided to shop after my shift. The young girl couldn't ring me up to give me my discount. She had to call a manager. Well a manager did come to ring me up but not before letting this poor girl know at least 3 times that she'll never be able to ring me up. The you g girl was Mexican and the lady was white. The girl got choked up walking away. Just disgusting. As far as being an employee don't expect any respect bc I literally had to ask to be called by my name by the freight manager who is a woman. I am the only one who was called by other names. She treated us all badly. Scolded us as children. Even got upset for some toys being put on shelves but didn't tell us they were recalled. When I would go to the store manager she would gaslight, downplay and make excuses like it's a rough time of year. So we can't even get the basic respect? I began taking pictures of everything I did bc the freight manager ran around like a chicken with no head. She would get mad if we talked but she told me and another coworker we could wear shorts. No, that's unsafe. We got no credit for having that place well stocked during the 2023 holidays. After working here I will never shop here again. I would like to put 2 thumbs down

This place is located in a shopping center. It’s a small space packed with a lot of different items to purchase. They did place all their holiday stuff by the front entrance to look festive as you enter. I did look around quickly to search for items but there was a stuffy smell which didn’t appeal to me so I actually left without buying anything. The staff also didn’t greet customers entering even though there is a bell that rings. They didn’t even turn to look towards the door so didn’t appear to care who came in.

Came in on a Monday evening, Older white woman turned off register as I was about to start scanning and said I had to wait so she could watch me. She didn't let me scan my items and said because she doesn't want anyone stealing. So rude and in front of my youngest son. I am also Mexican and I definitely felt discriminated against so disgusted.
