I had to deal with this insurance agency due to an accident involving one of their insurees. They were extremely difficult to get a hold of and they kept sending me packets (5 times) requesting a hand written account of the accident. This was after going down their in person and telling their agent and hand writing the account in person. They also opened multiple claim numbers that further confused the situation. This company is extremely difficult to work with.

Excellent customer service , couldn't ask for more !!! Definitely recommend this place if anyone is trying to get insurance , no down payments or broker fees , give them a call!!

It's been two and a half weeks since I got a different policy with a different company.... and they're still calling me to leave voicemails of hold music while I'm at work...I DO NOT HAVE A POLICY WITH FRED LOYA ANYMORE GO AWAY.
