Additionally, he teaches the value of nutrition in conjunction with weight training. My son experienced massive improvements with all lifts, agility, speed, endurance and mobility! He is now a freshman in HS and has made the varsity water polo and basketball teams. This would not have been possible if it weren’t for the specific training/coaching he received from Matt and the other talented coaches.”

“I attended the Reformer Foundations class with Aaliyah as the instructor, and it was a fantastic foundations class getting used to the reformer. The class size was 7 people, which is very ideal in order for the instructor to help the students with proper form, placement, and cater to the student's individual needs. Aaliyah was very helpful to me and led a great class! I experienced a refreshing work out that also challenged my body in a positive way. The studio is very clean and well-kept. Towards the end of class, the instructor hands out individual cleaning wipes to sanitize the equipments used. I highly recommend this studio and to anyone interested in doing Pilates.”

“Coach emma is very enthusiastic, and always positive. We enjoy her work out sessions. We enjoy using the app and how you can book in advance. Don't think they should charge their members for the heart monitors though. Their system with the heart rate monitors are a great concept and keeps you working harder for your goals.”
