I rented a storage unit here for several years. Back in January I let them know it would be my last month and I would be out by end of month as there was water damage in my storage unit from all the heavy rain. They told me as long as I was out by the end of the month come February I would not be charged my storage fees. On the last day of January, I called them to tell them everything was out of the unit and to confirm that as of February 1 I would not be charged $224, which was my monthly rate. The one that works in the office Steve, told me I would not be charged for the month of February as my stuff was already cleaned out of the storage. Come February 1, I was charged $224. I called a few days later after I had seen it was on my bank statement and spoke with Anna in the office who told me the account wasn't closed out and that's why it was charged. I have called several times over the last few months and have continuously spoke with Steve and Anna in regards to this matter. It has now been four months since the original charge of $224 was taken out of my account when it was supposed to have not been charged. They still have not refunded me my money. On the many occasions I have spoke with Steve in the office, he has told me he has been in communication with the district manager by the name of Becky Pyle via in person, via phone calls and via email. According to Steve, she only issues checks on the first of every month. Every month since February, I have called to get an update on my refund. I have been told month after month that she can't do it for some reason or another. It's passed the 1st of the month and she only issues them on the 1st so you will have to wait to see if she mails it next month, she is out of town and the most recent reason that has now been the same excuse for over a month is that her brother passed away and she is going through things and now is not the time to bother I rented a storage unit here for several years. She is the district manager, a professional

Horrible . Make sure you aren’t late or you might as well hand over your whole check. $150 late fee…it’s insane . Plenty of other locations near by that won’t rob you. Most people have things in storage because they couldn’t afford to continue to live in their home and are living with families which is my case. They make it impossible to catch up by adding that ridiculous fee. Stay away!!!!!

Be careful they like stealing things and watching you when you put your stuff in the storage especially the Arabian dude and ask all that's nice it's funny how a week somebody just steals my dirt bike out of storage and my TV that's hidden all the way in the back in the storage I'm telling you it's them

Horrible experience with this business. I would recommend using another storage company, because these guys do NOT treat you like a valued customer. One of the workers, Peter, is completely unprofessional and rude, just straight up not cut out to handle running a business.

The staff here are very incapable when it comes to offering any support, for customers or new clients. If you don't care about that, then go for it, other than that, don't expect much from them. They made a mistake on billing, completely not my fault. Peter acknowledged the error, but kept sending me in circles and providing absolutely no apology for their error, saying I should have double-checked (that's how I found the error, after looking at my statement...). After 4 months now, I still have not received the money overdrawn, and will be taking to small claims court. I immediately cancelled my contract and ate the fee which they did not re-imburse considering the situation (shocker). I hope no one else has to deal with this type of inconvenience, as it is actually the most ridiculous thing I have ever encountered, and for no reason too... sigh...

Make a reservation online and talk to a lady on the phone upon my late move in and she said no problem she'll take a note and make sure it's available when i get there. Then we get there and she was like oh I'm sorry my bad i forgot and rent it to somebody else..really lady you gonna do me like that? It's your mistake and now i have to pay extra for a 10 by 15?!? No that's not gonna happened. When you do business it's important to keep your promise with the customers. Moving is a hassle and these kind of awful services with people don't know how to do properly business will cost you lots of time and money! Stay away from this storage.
