This review is for the window and door facility which is next door to the hardware store, but on the same lot. Came in with some old damaged window screens and asked if they could be remade in the exact same size and dimensions. The bearded gentleman behind the counter told me yes, they could and took some quick measurements based off the old screens I brought with me. Quoted me $37 per screen which is a very good price. The big box stores do sell do it yourself window screen kits, but they have really bad reviews and most people complain the frames are flimsy. For about $15 more per screen I was happy to leave it to the pros. I was told screen replacement jobs were being done in one week time. But I got a phone call the very next day telling me my screens were ready for pickup. I brought them home and I'm impressed with the results. Their strong, the screen is pulled tight, and they added pull tabs at one end which really helps with installation. I will be back to have more home improvement needs taken care of here. I will definitely consider using this location for a replacement patio sliding door and new windows in the future.

Visit the store about a year ago. And as I walked in was not greeted or asked if I needed help. When we did ask for help. The lady was very short with us. My husband returned today and asked for help. Workers not helpful with him he explained what he needed, had to return the parts because they were the wrong ones. When he had explained to them it wasn't the right one. He was looking for something else they made. It seem like he didn't know what he was talking about. We are homeowners and fix our home for the last 10 years. He does have pretty good knowledge of what he's doing. Sad to say. We also seen them being helpful towards other customers more than us. Maybe it was the color of our skin. Love to support small businesses but this won't be one......
