Where is the zero stars? Came here thinking I would save monies compared to going to my car dealer for oil change. Total mistake, they charged way more than I would had paid at the dealership. And they are messy , break things and don't take responsibility. Tried to make me pay for unnecessary work. Told me my breaks were hitting metal? What a joke, also wanted to charge 480 for a supposedly broken hose? L*** Went to my dealership next day, and my breaks are good! 8mm!! I got the broken hose replaced for only $150! Don't come here! They want to scam you of your money. I can't believe there business out there like this , that want to take advantage of people!

Been skeptical about writing this but I gotta warn people. I came in for an oil change in February and the tech suggested I needed new brakes. They changed my brakes and a few days my engine started misfiring. They said I needed a new motor and then I ended up getting a second opinion and they said I needed new spark plugs and coils. It's good now, but my brakes are still squeaking Some of the techs were training each other which I don't think is safe for people to have their cars worked on. Every other day my tire pressure light goes on when I just changed all my tires and sensors in November. I don't like leaving bad reviews and they were all super nice, but don't know much about what they're doing.

Laid back staff and very quick / quality service. I'm not sure what the deal is w/ these negative views. I find yelp reviews (based on stars) to be deceiving. Go check the place out yourself. 10/5 would go again.

Does its base service correct - supply an oil change. Employees lack common sense, nor a care for items in their clients vehicles. I understand the pressure to up sale items, but who would put a dirty air filter on top of someone's documents? My school works ruined. Lack of responsibility from the workers or the manager. Asked me what they should do: maybe put on a thinking cap and figure it out.

Very slow service. For an oil change it took more than an hour. If you are not in a rush then this is the place for you. I will be going to a different location.

Came in for an oil change and they convinced me to change the cabin air filter. I know its a rip off but I went ahead with it because I had no time to do it myself. After I got my car back, I heard rattling every time I turned the AC on. It got worst and worst and finally my AC blew out. I opened up the cabin air filter and the new filter looked crushed and when I took it out, there was a lot of debris stuck in the back that looks like it got shredded. I called Jiffy Lube and I am hoping they make this right.

Three hours for an oil change. These guys were completely incompetent. When they finally finished my oil change, I asked to confirm if they put air in my tires. They said yes - this was a lie. They’re grown men who lie to get out of doing their job. Terrible service.

I brought my 2016 Ford Fusion in Mid October for an oil change. This is my first oil change not at the dealer since I have owned my car because I had a maintenance package thru Ford so all my previous oil changes were at the dealer. I have also used Jiffy Lube in the past in Cypress for my wife's car and my previous car and never had issues. So the first issue is I was told my rear brakes were low and at 3mm and would need to be replaced soon. I thought that was unusual because I had them done at the dealer about a year prior and had only put maybe 15,000 miles on them. So I took my car a week later to PEP Boys to have my brakes done. They offered a free brake inspection first to double check the problem. It turned out my rear brakes were fine and had plenty of pad still left. Strike 1! So fast forward to this past week. My check engine light goes on as I am going home from work this past Monday. So I was planning on taking it to Auto Zone Tuesday evening after I get out of work so they can check the code and let me know what the problem is. Well I didn't make it to Auto Zone. As I was driving home from work Tuesday night my car starts to lose power and then I hear some rattling from the engine. So I try to get out of traffic to pull over and then the low oil light comes on. I pull into a gas station and check the oil and it is empty. I go in and buy 3 bottles of oil and put them in and the oil is still showing low. So I have the car towed to the dealer where all my previous services were done. They check out my car and it turns out that the oil filter was loose and that was the cause of my oil being gone. And my engine is done. So now I need a new engine which is about 11k. I went back and spoke the manager who was super nice and took my info and was going to speak to his General Manager and will get back to me this week. But the bad diagnosis on my brakes and their neglect with my oil filter, I have to give them a bad rating. I am hoping Jiffy Lube will take responsibility and repair my vehicle as well as reimburse me for my tow and the rental car that I will need. I recommend you have them double check their work if you bring your car here. I have been reading a lot of bad reviews where they forget to put oil in the car and other issues. Beware consumers!

I've used these type of services before with better satisfaction. This location was the worst ! It took 2 hours to get my service done, which was a simple oil chane !!!!! Nothing more!!!! There was not that many customers present to justify this. I will not be returning to this location ever!

They don't like to pick up the phone, and the front desk refuses to do a price match on Groupon and said it required 24h purchase in advance, which is not true.

Thank you Carlos for checking with me and for your recommendations. Thank you to Casanova for taking time on the phone with me to let me know the best times to get in and out quickly, and he was right! I had my oil change done in 20 minutes! And yes, they vacuumed the inside! Aside from the great and speedy service, the courtesy and smiles keep you wanting to return! I'll be back! I would recommend this Jiffy Lube! Thank you guys!

If you need just the oil change, this is the place to consider.Call first to make appt and tell them you found them on Groupon for so on so amount of dollars, they will match what is offered on Groupon. The standard time for oil change is around 45 mins at this location. They will inspect other area such as air filter, tire pressure, tire tread, coolant pressure...etc. If you need break service/tire service I would recommend going to specific shops just for tires to get your service done much quicker, not here. They provide good oil change service to my 2021 Subaru Outback. I recommend this place for oil change services!
