I'm new to the pool world, so I thought I'd come in and get some things since this is local to me. During my first visit, I noticed most of the products are covered in dust, and the store is dated. An employee named Monica was super busy seemed to be the only one working but stayed calm cool and collected and answered any and all questions I had. The 3 stars are for her. However, during my second visit I had the most unpleasant visit. Again, only one employee however nobody else was in the store when I came in. The young guy working looked like he not only dispised his job, but for some reason myself as well from the moment I entered the store. I had a return, I had gotten the wrong size and there was no welcome, no hello, he snatched up my receipt, sighed very loudly in my face and asked me for my phone number to enter in the system. I assumed this was for some kind of rewards program so he could look me up but I just politely said "oh I don't have a rewards" and his response was so bluntly "so? I still need the number" at this point I was already ready to walk away because I am not the type to Karen out on employees but I had to stay to finish. He asked me for the rest of my info, and once the return was complete, he TOSSED the receipts back at me. When I said "thank you have a nice day" (yes, I had to say it because he didn't!) There was no, "ya you too!" Or anything of the sort, instead I got a groan as he walked back into the backroom. I know his name, but honestly I don't want anyone to get fired, but I am hoping management will teach their employees better customer service because there are plenty of people willing to work with a smile, people should be more appreciative to have a job. Not a great way to represent your business.

Over $9000.00 to replace my old pool system to my surprise not everything was replaced, and some old equipment was left connected and they wanted to charge me extra to replace it even though I was told I'm getting a brand new complete system. The day of the installation I was told my pool was clear up within 48 to 72 hours. it was a flat out lie.I was told that I need to add chemicals and clean the filter every three days and I did after cleaning the filter eight times I was told by one of the technician that they installed the wrong filter, filter was replaced spend hundreds of hundreds and hundreds of dollars in chemicals and the pool is still green .Do not trust them. They are liars, and they are not willing to help whatsoever. I contacted the mean office in Arizona and not one person ever called me back they simply don't care..Diamond Bar, Ca.

I called this store for a quote on a new filter and pump. The employee told me it costs about 4k to 5k. Depending what kind of equipment I get. If I want it installed it's more. He never asked me for details,measurements or any information about my pool. I can't trust a company that gives you a ballpark figure without any information. Very poor customer service.

I had a terrible experience at Leslie’s on Euclid, so I tried the Harbor store. Christi was so awesome, knowledgeable and accommodating. She didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need like the Euclid store. Thank you Christi for being awesome and honest.

Christi is a superb store manager. She's courteous, kind, knowledgeable, helpful. Treats Leslie's customers and employees with respect. Leslie's stores, in my experience, are outstanding. If you visit this La Habra branch of Leslie's, you'll be especially well served if Christi is behind the counter when you arrive.

Sign on door, "back In 10 minutes"Waited 20, then the only person on the phone when i finally walked in, must have been on the phone with corporate, must have a beef with corporate, then I here her say "will that include my back pay" at that point I walked out!

The worst customer experience. Employees are very nice and apologetic, but it took me two months to get a heater ordered. I had to call their customer service number at least 4 times before I was even able to get into my commercial account to place the order. Then when I did order it, the transaction did not go through but I had a $2100 charge on my account for a week. Once I was refunded and placed the order again, there were no instructions for the delivery other than 7-9 days. Do they call before it’s heading over? Maybe I’m working that day. Maybe I’m not gonna be home at that hour. I do not appreciate that you might leave a $2000 heater on my doorstep. Their website and customer service lines always have problems. I will never place an order here again!
