It’s not a bad mod garage place. Pricing is what it is and though they seem to mostly work with high end cars but they’ll work with your daily too. Brought my own items to get installed on the 10th gen Civi sedan and they did a good job on it. Only issue is the rep and the tech people didn’t communicate well on the charge for front sway bar install. Items installed were strut bar, power bar, accord end links and rear end sway bar mod. Unfortunately for the front sway bar items were missing so they called me to let me know they were not able to install due to missing parts. I understood that was on me for not checking my items but they seemed irritated about that which not sure why since I still paid for the labor didn’t dispute it at all. They did let me know that had I bought the items from them there wouldn’t be any issues but I would have if their website showed the carry the items and if their pricing was better. the site doesn’t state they price match. So again it’s not a bad shop per say they did a good job the installs they did do.

These fellas are amazing. Kevin was beyond helpful and understanding while I was completing the purchase of the AWE Tuning Touring Exhaust for my B9 RS5. Ron the owner built an amazing facility and is super knowledgeable on cars.Tons of seating, drinks, tv, wifi and anything you would need to feel comfortable while you’re car is getting worked on.Truly appreciate the staff and will be back for more mods on my cars.10/10 would recommend.

This is my first time writing any review. I was so moved and thankful, so I had to write this. I was introduced to Austin almost a year ago since I got into a small car accident. Since then, he resolved all my questions and concerns about my car. And so nice and honest. I truly see that he loves what he does and that he cares all his customers a lot. Whenever I get into any car problems, he is the first one I think of. He is the best. Thank you so much!

Excellent experience at this shop. I had an MPerformance coil over suspension installed on my BMW M2 with just 2000 miles on it. Juan did a fantastic job. He was courteous, neat and organized, and paid great attention to detail. He did exactly what I asked with the alignment and the results were spot on. Additionally, Kevin was excellent to work with preinstall and the whole process was seamless. I am very detailed oriented and a pretty tough customer, especially when it comes to pursuing perfection on my cars and normally am never satisfied the first time, so this review is a testament to their workmanship. I’m always happy to give reviews for places that provide this quality of service. Well done guys!

I brought my MK6 GTI in for a Kerscher Carbon Fiber Splitter installation. All the VW forums, videos and available content said this Splitter was brilliantly manufactured and exceptionally easy to install. I made the mistake of not opening the box before the install, to realize the spacers are not finished, and a lighter gray fiberglass finish. I take accountability for that oversight. However, one of the spacers on the far right side was considerably more visible and forward mounted after the first install. I asked to bring the car back in to have the spacers painted, and asked if if that one piece could be positioned better, WITHOUT DRILLING ADDITIONAL HOLES. Otherwise painting the spacers would be sufficient. This was covered in several e-mails and a couple phone calls. It was RIDICULOUSLY covered!!! The spacers fit into recesses in my OEM Euro Lip (VW Part), so I had to deal with the possibility that one or both of these components wasn’t manufactured properly, which I expressed my understanding about. Mod Auto offered to cover the $140 hour initial install as a “warranty repair”, but required another $140 for another hour of labor, for the additional work (painting & fitment). I felt $280 was a lot to cover a simple lip install, but I obliged,The second install/re-installation was quoted at two hours. Kevin, the representative that I had been in extensive communication with was supposed to be present that day,. He e-mailed me on my way to the shop, letting me know he wouldn’t be present. Didn’t get that e-mail until arrival, or I would have rescheduled. We actually moved the appointment to insure he would be present. The gentlemen who greeted me insured there were detailed notes, and my technician Juan, was thoroughly briefed and provided with instruction. Two hours into the install, watching my car repetitively go up and down on the lift, I got a little nervous. I decided to walk around the shop and pop into the bay to ask how things were going. Juan said “things weren’t going well”. My bumper cover was covered in double-sided tape, and he informed me this was to secure the OEM Lip, in which the clips had worn out on. He let me know those clips and the ridge of the bumper cover were compromised, so that OEM Lip could no longer attach. There were also NUMEROUS new drill holes in the OEM Lip and bumper cover, less than a centimeter away from the original drill points, creating elongated holes, in which the hardware can travel. He ended up removing the double-sided tape, because it “looked ugly” and left my broken OEM Lip sandwiched in between my worn out bumper cover and $600 Kerscher Splitter. This is how the car was returned to me. After going in with NO BROKEN PARTS. All the broken hardware is exposed and visible.I have communicated with both Kevin and Alan, who was supposed to stand in for Kevin and oversee the work that day. I didn’t even meet Alan until I demanded I speak with someone after finding my car broken and riddled in double sided tape. He came out, heard what I had to say, and went to speak with Juan. He never came back to address me, but instead snuck off, not to be seen again.I now have hundreds, if not thousands of dollars in damage done to my vehicle on Mod Auto’s watch. They offered to refund my labor, and suggested that I should be grateful for them covering the “hour of warranty repair, as they didn’t have to”. They also boldly insulted me in their e-mails, suggesting that I didn’t know screws were required for an install. They are taking ZERO accountability. I can no longer use my Splitter, as the OEM Euro Lip is impossible to source. They suggested that my expectations were unreasonable and chopped me up to be the guy with outlandish expectations. They said that these parts “simply wear out when installed/uninstalled too many times”. They were the only ones that touched it since the initial install. Is that my problem? They also mentioned they are not a body shop... So if you are unfit to deliver a satisfactory installation, why are you performing this type of work?

Class A performance center and excellent pro service! Red carpet customer treatment. High tech and very clean service area. The waiting lobby is very nice where you have free coffee, TV or play the Auto Racing simulator while you wait. Garage view window with stools to watch your car as it is serviced. Very prompt and on time with service appointment. I had my Trans and Diff oil changed and some minor shift kit modifications done on my 2015 FRS-ONE. Very happy with the entire experience and I am already recommending Mod Auto to others. A+++++

I brought my M3 here for an exhaust, rear diffuser, and door handle cover install. First they installed the exhaust and told me they weren't able to line it up. They blamed it on the exhaust. I called Eisenmann and they sent me to another shop who was able to align the exhaust in no time. Next they cut corners installing the rear diffuser which they didn't bolt onto the car and just put double tape instead. The diffuser had the spots to mount the bolts on it... Finally they didn't even know how the door handle cover worked so I just had them leave it off. They had told me the door lock wouldn't be accessible so I told them not to install it. The shop that Eisenmann sent me to had no problem installing the door handle cover after they told me the cover can just pop on and off... I won't be going back.
