I called One Stop Cellular and spoke with Jeff about my cracked phone screen. He gave me a quote and invited me to come in anytime during their business hours. Jeff was personable, informative, and very nice. He mentioned that the repair would take about 30 minutes. When I returned to the store later, my phone was beautifully fixed, just as promised. I would totally recommend Jeff and One Stop Cellular to everyone!

My first screen repair on an S22 Ultra after having so many phones. I was greeted by Jeff who helped me out - turned my broken screen over in just under an hour and had it working perfectly in every way. Honest. Great customer service. Full transparency, even if it’s them not making money. That says a lot about them being genuine and keeping your best interest in mind. If you’re close, stop by. I’d say they’re even worth the drive.

They should tell their customers they do not use Apple screens they use cheap LCD screens and the picture quality is not the same.
Yes, your employee refunded me after you texted me seven times and sent me a picture oh, and called me three times

Amazing service and best price in town. Jeff and his team repaired two of my phones. They did a great job replacing the back glass on my iPhones. The phones look brand new. Jeff is a stand up business man.

I had a flashing apple logo, and immediately, a suggestion was made ("Was there any condensation or moisture on the phone?"). At no cost of opening my phone, pictures were texted to my husband about the parts that needed to be repaired; precautionary measures were discussed along with warranty of the job upon the return of my device. I feel that for a job that was taken care of so promptly, with warranty, I feel I was charged very minimally. Stop being so modest!
