Horrible service, wasn't busy at all & cashier was just talking to the customer for so long even though she was already done checking out, instead of helping the rest of the line, and then the lady forgot to pay for something after and the cashier let her jump the whole line after she already took 30+ minutes

Trying to get supply for birthday kid! Should be happy and joyful experience... however this staff at balloons and cashier station was not friendly at all! If you don't want to be there work. Just leave! Don't bring your personal issue to work towards your customers!

SERVICE: There was 2 girls working. The one blowing up balloons was not very nice when I asked her a question. The one at the cashier wasnt too kind either. WARNING ‼ Make sure that all your balloons are blown all the way! I didn't realize the most important ballon was not blown all the way until I got home. Very disappointing. And 4 balloons were no longer floating by the end of the night. Waste of money. Its not worth spending money if the balloons are not being blown properly. (Note: I read someone else had a similar situation with the balloons not being filled properly) The place had a lot of empty shelves. I will never buy balloons at a Party City.

I just wanted to compliment two workers who have consistently gone above and beyond for me each time I come in here. My dog just passed away and I needed to put together a dog funeral, and Crista and Aleyna (unfortunately I don't know their last names) took care of me and went above and beyond. They offered so many choices for poor Fluffy, my dog of 12 years, and they also offered their sincerest condolences. I hope they get a promotion or paid more at least!

I was having a nice, productive Saturday until I walked into this store. All I needed was to have some balloons blown up (which I provided), and to pick up some online merchandise. I figured, get in early, first in, first out....I couldn't have been more wrong. Where do I begin? There was a total of 2 employees working this morning. The gal in the front you can see was very green. Nothing wrong with that. Likely her first job, however after about 10 minutes after I paid for my stuff, and observing, clearly there was NO LEADERSHIP here, no organization, no efficiency at all. I ended up at this store for nearly 40 minutes due to the lack of organization and common sense. People who came in after me, had their balloon orders filled, and after the first one, I figured, maybe oversight..but NOPE, neither employee was helping the other to know who was next or what the hell was going on in this store, and it wasn't crazy busy mind you. In fact, if I didn't know any better, I'd think these co-workers were mortal enemies. No interaction at all. Omg..so bad. I'm a pretty easy customer, and I didn't want to give anyone a hard time, but I finally walked up to the counter and explained to who I think was the manager (dark long hair, heavy make up) that I had been there already 30 minutes, and the people that just left were here AFTER ME. She then proceeded to fill my balloons. Party City; you are failing miserably at customer service, and if you're thinking "you can do a better job?" Uh...yeah, actually I can because I work in an industry where customers matter, and a pleasant experience and transaction is the goal. What would satisfy me you ask? My money back! $25.00 for balloons that took about a half hour to fill, wasting my time, and only for one to be soft and not even full. At the very least I expected to be offered a free balloon, a sincere apology, or something else along those lines. I have my receipt, and I'll hold on to it in case you want to humor me with a refund. DO BETTER. Sincerely party pooper!

During our visit there were very few customers shopping at Party City. Our cashier was very helpful and when he experienced an issue with the cash register, the manager arrived promptly to resolve the issue. It is always fun to shop Party City to see all the new and fun products on their shelves. We found a great many items to dress our Halloween diorama.

For my sons 1st birthday party I purchased a helium tank "balloon time" brand. The last thing to set up my party was to fill the balloons with helium and unfortunately I had a dud helium tank. The tank filled one SMALL balloon with air that was NOT helium because the balloon fell to the floor. Mind you, this tank had a security seal and everything! So I went to return the DUD helium tank and the manager offered me to take a new tank. No returns accepted for these or even store credit, just a new tank. Poor customer service and waste of over $50

Staff was friendly but this is the second time (the first time I thought it was a fluke) I have bought balloons there and they deflated in one day - at the prices they should at least stay up more than 24 hours!! HORRIBLE - Highly don't recommend balloons from here - I get that it's not a MYLAR balloon but the employee it was bought for missed one day of work so hasn't eveen seen them yet and they look like TRASH!!

This place is a little busy at times but the girls there are super fast. I've done a lot of deliveries out of this party City and they are by far some of the best.

false advertisement of items. manager Kristen was rude and unapologetic of the items in the wrong place with the incorrect tag. was asking to compromise and for at least one of the two items I was purchasing, be honored but she insisted that customers move items all the time.would not honor the price. terrible service and bad attitude!!!

Clean and organized so I have to give it the full 5 stars. My wife and I went in to look for costumes for our baby, but there wasn't a huge amount of choices like I remembered. I always found it cool going to the back or the side of the store and they had a room in the back with a counter and the masks all behind it: it gave me that good Halloween feeling. They had a side with all the labels/stickers of the costumes which seemed like a million choices and you have to give the employee the number to get it. It just made Halloween time awesome and that's what I used to love at party city. At least this location did not have that and I was kind of disappointed. Either way, employees were friendly and nice, lines weren't too long, and the store is clean so I would recommend and return.
