I think it's healthy but a tad bland, which I like.

What a disappointment. My second time here because I loved the food. Came in today and ordered two house special chickens and one drunken noodle for myself and my kids. Asked for a side of their teriyaki sauce for the chicken bowls. Got my bag. Only one sauce. Asked politely if I could get one more for the other one. I was told no because they only give one. Okay.... I said but I ordered two of them. The girl said I could get another but she would have to charge me. I said fine. She said $1.98. And I was like for one side of sauce. She told me it's the big one. But I don't need a jug of it. I just wanted one small one for the other bowl. I mean..2 bowls 2 sausages, makes sense. I told her Nevermind and left. What a joke. Came home, gave the sauce to my kid. My food was good, but dry but out of principle I was not about to give them $2 bucks for stupid sauce. So now I'm done with them and will not be coming back. It's greed like this that makes establishments lose customers. I'm sure they won't care. But I do. I spent $37 bucks and could not get a side of sauce. So I guess back to waba drill. Sad!

We were there for lunch. The dining room would have been nice and comfortable but there was an obnoxious woman camped out in a booth yelling at everyone, and the management did NOTHING. It was horrible. She was obviously high on drugs and she wouldn’t stop yelling. She even came over to our booth and commented on our food. My boyfriend had to tell her to leave us alone. Pickupstix is one of my favorite restaurants but our experience today ruined it. When the woman came to our table I looked at the employees like “please do something” and they just ignored me and looked away. Other people came in and left because she was so obnoxious and trying to talk to them. It should have been handled by the manager, but nothing was done. Had to take out food to go. We will not return.

Love this place! The food is always quality. The price is on par with average dinner entrees, but there's usually leftovers. The app has great deals and usually BOGO or 50% off entrees. This is my go-to spot when I'm hungry and want something else besides chick-fil-a, chipotle, in-n-out, or Blaze Pizza.

I ordered salmon teriyaki and boy was it salty. I felt like sodium was coming out of my skin. It left me with a very bad taste of MSG in my mouth. When I returned it, they said it was the teriyaki sauce. What made up the foul taste was had they handled the situation, with grace and kindness. Let's hope my orange chicken will be good.

Visited Pick up Stix yesterday for dinner. Ordered a kids plate with Chow Mein with House chicken and the Drunken noodles. Food was very good. Natalie took our order. She seemed to be new, had to repeat the order a few times. Very polite though. Our food was brought to our table and looked delicious. Kids plate came with no drink. We have ordered this in the past multiple times and it comes with a drink. Got up to ask the cashier, if the kids meal came with a drink thinking maybe something has been changed. She said, no it does not come with a drink. Ok, then we proceed to ask if we can buy a drink. We enjoyed our food in the restaurant cup of water and the drink we bought. After looking at our receipt, it indeed says kids house chicken $6.49 , kids chow mien $0.79, kids drink. The house chicken did look like tiny crumbles of chicken, maybe left over , but I know the cook always cooks up a fresh batch, so not sure what happened. Not sure what happened with the drink but maybe a review of training would help.

Love this place! But I think recently they changed the noodles into like those wide egg noodles and it's not the same :(

We felt welcomed from the moment we walked in, we order our usual house chicken with steam rice and a side chownein . The food was delicious and fresh as always . Geraldo would check up on us to make sure that we were happy with the service and that a plus . He has really good costumer service. Will definitely be coming back thanks Geraldo and team

I've had great experiences at other Pick Up Stix locations, but this one was lacking. I was craving orange chicken and chow mein, but the bowl I received was comparable to a frozen lean cuisine meal... the noodles were plain and not super flavorful and the chicken I received looked like the the last scoop they had, they were all tiny pieces coated in sauce, there were only a handful of actual pieces of chicken. I was expecting some sort of additional vegetables in the chow mein but they were just plain noodles, check out photos before placing your order so you know exactly what you're getting!

Terrible terrible terrible. Extremely disorganized. My wife claimed it might be discrimination but i think they are just incompetent. Do not come here unless you want to be extremely frustrated. To top it off the food was terrible.

It is 7:19pm and the dinning room is closed! Why? They don't close until 8pm. The food is delicious but the customer service is terrible here. Lazy employees don't want to stay after they close and do what they are supposed to do after 8pm. They didn't even ask if the food was for here or to go; they automatically gave it to us in a plastic bag within soy sauce, napkins and forks. We asked if we could eat here and requested forks, their response was only if we could finish within 20 minutes. I'm going to call the Corporate Office tomorrow.
