BEWARE shopping at Home Depot. I had my kitchen remodeled and purchased thousands of dollars in appliances at Home Depot. When the items were delivered, I did not notice the delivery employees cracked one of my brand new kitchen tiles! My contractor caught the crack and made me aware of it within one hour of the delivery. I immediately called the driver who directed me to a third party hired by Home Depot called, Sedgwick. I did everything right. I took photographs of the damage, filed a claim the same day, and quarantined the area. I was then contacted by Connor Norris from Sedgwick who denied my claim. According to Connor, the photographs taken by the delivery driver did not depict the damage. I explained that the crack was only visible from close range and the camera quality used by the driver was pixilated and could not reflect the damage. I sent him the photographs I took and he accused me of trying to pawn off pre existing damage to them. Mind you the floors were brand new and installed one day prior to the delivery of heavy kitchen appliances (fridge, stove, ect). The kitchen was sealed off pending the delivery of the new items. Connor basically told me, "too bad so sad claim denied". They use poor qualities cameras with wide angles with the expectation that they can always deny damage unless it's MAJOR damage that can easily be visible. Breaking your brand new kitchen tile, however, doesn't fall under that category. Since the tile rested underneath the brand new kitchen cabinets, the removal was going to be tricky since we were going to have to remove the cabinets along with the slab of quarts. Also we would have to put the grout in all over again. It wasn't worth the hassle and I just told my contractor to fill the crack with grout hoping it isn't as ugly. I reached out to Home Depot legal department as well as corporate and nobody cared. Congratulations Home Depot. You lost a good customer who has purchased thousands of dollars from your stores over many years.

People are always so helpful here. The store is clean, and stocked. Whatever it may be big or small task, Home Depot always has what I need and someone to assist. Grateful for the curb side pick up too, so incredibly helpful for this mama.

Best Christmas Tree lot! We live closer to the Brea Home Depot but have purchased our Christmas tree from the La Habra location the last 2 years. The lot is tastefully decorated, the trees are beautiful and the service is excellent! We were in and out in about 15 minutes today thanks to the wonderful selection and speedy service.

Staff in this store Home Depot Store at 600 S.Harbor Blvd, La Habra, are very courteous, especially staff name Mia, or Milena, when she noticed that I have been waiting for certain items to be unloaded from a forklift a while ago, she came to me and offered me a chair, and bottled water. She also communicated with other staff ensuring that items were being unloaded. She went above and beyond her area of responsibility to help her customers out. Her actions will make me wanting to shop at this store in the future. Actions by Mia may be the reason that Home Depot is a lot busier than Lowes in my area

I love Home Depot but every time I go here I'm being hawked like If I'm about to steal, I understand they probably get a lot of shop lifters but not all guys with tattoos are thieves, this happens to me every time! Just wanted to voice it so maybe that changes cuz I honestly hurry up and buy cuz the energy is really off putting.

Angel, Jose and Craig were THE CHAMPS today at The Depot. The guy working The pro counter told us around noon, that we'd have to wait for a forklift for maybe 3 hours to help us load drywall. We spent $3,000.00+ dollars on supplies and that lame 3 hour story wasn't going to fly with us. Angel became our personal shopper . We told him what we needed and he guided us throughout the store. I'm a female 65 year old and my daughter is 95 pounds and 36 years old. Truly the help we got from Angel was AMAZING!!! He located, loaded, and filled our list with us. He NEEDS a promotion to Pro Desk operator!!!Jose was great and Craig was excellent as well. Mr. Hope Depot manager take notice of this review!

I was here to cut a couple of keys and neither one of them worked. I don't really think that is Home Depot's fault and/but the key machine is inside their store. I don't live close by so I ended up having to visit a different Home Depot to do my return / get my refund.

Had such a horrible experience renting a mini excavator. The track nearly fell off 6 hours into my 24 hour rental on a Saturday. They instructed me to call the repair telephone number so I did.... they were closed because it was a Saturday!! So I took the excavator back same day and Gabriel, one of the guys there, charged me for that time AND for another day since I had to come back and rent another one. Super poor customer service. Next time I'm going to PDQ. They're cheaper too.

Asked employee Jeff (blue shirt and Cap) for help. Answered very RUDELY. We need help getting plywood stored overhead. He came out like he was forced to actually do some work. He came out to show us where the plywood was. We had already found it. But need it help bringing down from above. He told us we could use the ladder and get them down ourselves. Never offer to help. He rushed back to the pro desk. So, he could continue to gossip and stand around and do nothing. That's when I asked to speak to a manager. Manager Valerie came out and I was upset. Explain to her what was going on. What I saw was Valerie trying to talked to him and it look like he was giving her attitude. As you could see by the picture how busy he is.
