From sending packages to live scan fingerprinting, UPS Store meets all my postal needs. Call ahead if you need fingerprinting or notary services. Some stores change services frequently... BUT they are always helpful in finding another close by location that has the services I need.

Jeydin… the young man is awesome. We’ve been in a few times. I’ll tell you at the pleasurable experience outside of the cost of what just things are to do in shipping. He makes things easy he’s professional. He’s also on top of things! Highly recommend.

I've been here numerous times and the staff is always friendly and efficient...One time I needed a notary but that employee was out for lunch but I waited with no issues

If I could give lower I would. They sent my stuff to the wrong address and lied about it. They didn't approve of what I was sending.

UPDATE: Went to another UPS and charge me $35.00. So their reply is pure BS...⚠️⚠️⚠️If I can give zero star I would. Did an online estimate to ship my box and it told me $33. Went in person and now the old lady is charging me $45! The old lady was rude, unhelpful, and looked she was in bad mood. Just go to another UPS Store.... ⚠️⚠️⚠️

The staff here are always friendly professional and helpful. I'm terrible about printing off my phone as easy as that sounds lol , each time they just make it easy for me All smiles , I'm out in a matter of minutes. Great staff at this location. We need more courteous people at stores like this team here ... thank you

I was mailing out important documents and tried FedEx, read the reviews in Brea and was surprised at the negative reviews. Decided to go with the UPS store in La Habra at Beach Blvd and Imperial Hwy. I showed up during lunch hour and waited less than a minute and was greeted by David. He was beyond helpful in taking care of the 4 documents going out overnight to 4 different locations. David assisted me every step of the process and deserves every bit of this 5 star rating. Thank you David for all your assistance today!!!

They said that will open at 11 am but no one was there even at 11:10 am so I had to leave and come back. There were at least 5 ppl who were waiting outside with me and two others who who left like me!! When I came back that afternoon, there was literally ONE person working, and when I explained the situation I had in the morning she offered me a 15% discount. However she was not able to apply the discount in the system. (Why would you offer something that you can’t give me?) I also had to ask her smaller requests like ‘can u show me the tracking #’ and ‘could u add some more tape on my boxes’ and she was so reluctant to do it. Delivering my boxes safely to the destination is the LEAST they can do but seriously use FedEx if you want better service. :/

I'm not a usual fan of UPS stores, but this one was quite pleasant. I was just doing my normal Amazon returns when this place had all their lights shut down. I figured it wasn't a big deal until they told me the power went out. Despite these set backs, they still took my package and was able to give me a drop off receipt.

Great service from Jared. Wife and I needed notary service, and Jared took care of everything quickly, efficiently, courteously. What made this a terrific experience was that he was the only staffer there, and several customers came in just after we arrived. Yet Jared didn't panic -- he just greeted everyone and took care of their business the best he could while wife and I read and signed stuff. Great job, Jared. Thx!
