I have come to this store several times I have been trying to upgrade my line and they can never help me and honestly Verizon is not a good phone company - The verizon app is not good either! Go to Sprint or anywhere else I have been at this Verizon store in La Habra the rep couldn't help me been waiting for a manager going on 2 hours.

BAD SERVICE! The lady that served us named LETIE was not helpful and looking down on us as if we cannot afford to get the service. She is very rude and did not try to give any other options. Really frustrating customer service

I don’t know about the store or workers but I pay for 5g and get no service. My phone is always loading instead of working. What is the point of 5g?

Expect an extremely unpleasant experience . Be careful when they process your order, they have been known to click the wrong button and value your orders as worth $800 less. Make sure you know exactly what you will be going in for as they will try to change what was available . They will come back with less than promised value and promise they can process it on their own another day to get it right, but refuse to give you receipt or any proof of what they promise. It will take you at least 90 minutes to get a text message from the manager to act as a working receipt. If you want almost fraudulently service ask for Hector.

Same month and same problems. Here we go again with Verizon's support line. Verizon must have hired a person that's job is to only put customers accounts as paper billing vs non paperless in order to void the extra $10 discount per line on your family plan. Families beware! An example would be for a family plan of 5 lines would have auto payments setup with a debit card because credit cards will void that extra discount. You get $10 off per line that's a total of $50 off per month on your monthly bill!!! But there's another catch that most Verizon employees don't tell you is that you need to select or call in and have support send you a link to turn on paper billing and enable paperless billing. Well we've done that both ways, sideways and everything in between and for several months now our bill still shows a high rate that we did not agree to. It's an absolute joke working with Verizon. Oh yea and to top it all off the initial sales rep at this "corporate" Verizon store in La Habra back in Oct/Nov of last year lied to us and instead of only having one phone coverage for damages he put it on all of our phone lines leaving us to the support sharks that are no help or act like they solved your problems but when that bill notice shows up nothing has been resolved. Non of these Verizon employees are ever held responsible nor do they carry any specific employee ID numbers in case you need to reference them for future issues you're handling that they said were fixed. Even though we've been a long time customer and my Dad used to work for GTE before it became trash Verizon it's only gotten worse over the years. Unfortunately, at this point with our time and patience being wasted due to poor support staff and shady sale's employees we may just have to consider moving to a different carrier. As I write this review it's been over 40 mins on the line with support and we're now at the "let me speak to my supervisor to see what we can do". In the end this lady was talking back and didn't care about taking care of their customers. They fixed our billing apparently but no credit was given back even though that was promised back in mid July from another support rep. I requested that she email confirmation notices showing proof that this issue has been fixed but I'm sure they will mess this up again somehow. Best of luck to you guys out there. My recommendation is if you aren't with Verizon now keep it that way because you got lucky.

No wireless plans for seniors. As advertised 4 household lines $100 total. 2 lines for seniors cast $120. What a rotten deal.

Horrible experience. They shut down their computers 20 minutes prior to closing the store. They refuse to offer the service we need and asked us to come back again tomorrow. Ridiculous.

Came in for a phone spent $300 then sent to not one but TWO different stores that said they had my phone in stock(but didn't) came back 20 minutes before the store closed the manager said the employee who sent us out ran out as soon as we left(knowing he messed up and didn't want to deal with us) and yet another person tried to help us but reqired us to spend MORE money. Overall spent $600 and didn't even get the phone I actually wanted I had to settle for my third choice.

This seems to be a 'flagship' store, it's massive (to me) and has EVERYTHING....The best part though, was Luis's patient and informative customer service - an absolute pleasure to do business with such a professional, caring Verizon sales rep....I was forced by APPLE to upgrade to an SE because Uber and other obligatory apps were/are no longer supported on the i6; out of the box, my i6 was only 4 years old, not 10, and it worked fine. Apple's corporate culture of unbridled greed is the ONLY reason I dropped $460 on a new cell...Anyway, in only 58 minutes tops, Luis answered allllll my many questions, explained the digital groove as it were clearly and carefully, and transferred my data to my new SE in 10 mins of those 58. This is a fine, young man with a bright future...He's been a proud Verizon employee for SEVEN years (!), and it shows. The dude knoooows alllllll things digital man.....Luis, you are a complete pro, and gracious to boot. I'll see you again, I'm sure....YOUR store ROCKS bro....

Unfortunately, the staff here is unprofessional and not interested in helping customers. I walked in there and no one asked me if I needed any help; they were busy talking to each other. Had to interrupt their non-work related conversation to ask about switching over to Verizon... (Pretty easy sale since I wanted to switch to Verizon). I'd recommend going somewhere else...

We opened a new line at Verizon yesterday and were blown away at the excellent customer service we received from Alex. He was helpful and attentive. We were out of there in no time. Thank you, Alex!

I've been with Verizon 17 years and never had any issues, sure it's a little pricey but I would rather pay a little extra then to have crappy service...
