The pharmacy staff here are all really great. Recently needed help with an Rx that Jordan assisted me with. It's a long story, but he asked questions and fully understood my plight and the urgency of the situation, and went above and beyond to help me figure out a reasonable solution.

This is only for Walgreen's Pharmacy. The staff at the pharmacy are wonderful, especially the Pharmacists Joy, Kay, and Amy. There are two pharmacy techs, Jordan and (?John I believe) are equally helpful. I am a former medical officer that worked for the US Military. Please be patient with the staff because they are so busy and some patients have very high needs!

Terrible management. Was going back and forth with the manager over employment. Turned from a part time job, to a part time, to a temp. Then, when I finally got a phone call, they claimed to not even have my resume. God help you if youre a current employee here

This is my favorite Walgreens. The pharmacists/folks working the pharmacy are so extremely helpful and nice. I always leave picking up my prescription just a little bit happier :)

I frequent this store for my photo, pharmacy and snack needs. I enjoy the fact it's very clean, organized and the reason for my post is the following: Customer service goes a long way. I usually give my business to kind people. Today, I was in a rush and walked to the register. "Ash" greeted a gentleman customer in front of me. He was older and moved slower. I saw how she was patient with him, smiled and told him to enter his phone number. She looked at me and smiled. I have elders in my family and I can appreciate employees who are kind. Specially the younger generation. After small talk, I thanked her and forgot I was in a rush.

I love this Walgreens. The staff here are nice and it's never overly crowded which is great for quick trips. There are often great deals and prices are generally great.

Bought a stand bucks gift card from here, it was not loaded with money, I came back and talked with Bri, she said I had to call the card manufacturer and submit a claim for the card to be loaded, when it was initially the fault of the cashier who didn't load it in the first place. what kind of terrible service is this? Why can't you load a new card, it's only $15 bucks, Bri can't take care of customers.

Usually I would give them the benefit of the doubt picking up an order 2 days before Christmas but I've had the same HORRIBLE customer service from this lady at the photo counter. She may be a manager, but I hope not! She didn't believe I had an online order because it wasn't under my phone number. Once I explained more than once it was a shipped online order she immediately found it and acted like I caused her SO MUCH grief. As someone who's worked in Customer Service for 15 years, either cheer up or find another profession! I'll take my business elsewhere next time.

Terrible experience here as well. I service this store weekly. I use this store mainly for photo department.I put an order while I was at work and I received a confirmation with time my order will be ready. I get to the store ready to pick up my order and they say It was never received, so I resubmit it and when I asked them if they receive my resubmitted order They say There machine is slow and it could take 20 minutes or up to 3 days. No sense at all. When I arrived an associate was attending to a man and she printed pictures for him. Once she helped him she went on her break, and the person who was "helping me" Came out with that nonesense. As soon as she told me that she leaves and no one is in sight. It seems as if everyone went on their break.

Absolutely terrible experience. I needed a thumb brace and searched online, found one on Walgreens.com. Went to the store to purchase and price is significantly different, almost $15. So I asked if they price match prices online, again same store Walgreens.com. She said no I would have to purchase online and do store pickup. Okay, fine. However the site was showing they didn't have any and I couldn't add to my cart. Clearly they had 3 boxes. The cashier was not helpful and after 5 minutes of trying I gave up. I let her ring up my other items and placed an order for a thumb brace on Amazon. No wonder why these stores are going out of business, I don't feel bad knowing what horrible customer service they are giving paying customers. Won't ever step foot in a Walgreens again, buy from Amazon!

Worst phone ettiquet I've ever experienced. Evening female manager was very rude, she seemed to be talking to my wife as if she knew her when this was our first time calling after shopping there for the first time earlier today. Will not return here with this kind of attitude. my wife was told not to call back here again. I suppose we won't need to speak to a pharmacist after all when all we were calling for was to ask a manager about the pharmacist at this location seeing as how they closed early. Well, so long for this store. They won't be in business much longer like this. I would like to know her name but when my wife asked she said "well who are you?" Really? Professional employees don't work here apparently.

The manager with the drawn on eyebrows how the heck did this chick even qualify to be a manager with her shitty a** attitude. Just went in and she was terribly rude and argumentative then walks away and talk s*** to her coworker saying she needs to calm herself down poor customer service skills because she didn't know how to properly use a machine.
