“Took in my TREK 7.5 FX without an appointment asking if they could help me get the gears working again. They said yes, took a look at it, estimated the cause of the issue, and then quoted me a general price and estimated labor right then and there.
They initially said it wouldn't be ready until early next week but then I got a call just before they closed saying they made some time for it and I was able to pick it up the same day for the same price they quoted.
10/10 service, Jason helped me in the morning and when I came back later that day. Picked up a helmet while I was there even though I had ordered another one already online. I will be returning for ALL my bicycle related needs.”
