“I rented the F Type Jaguar for 4 days. I worked with Grace, her husband Paulo owns the company. They were both exceptional when it comes to customer service, availability, and professionalism. I really enjoyed the car (very very well maintained). One of the perks is that they are a family owned company and are very trustworthy and they truly care about their business/customer relations unlike larger rental companies.I will continue to use this rental company on future trips to California!”

“I've rented here 3 times and this is by far the best Avis location that I have come across in all of US. Joseph who runs the place provides exceptional service and with a smile. The cars I've rented here have been new, clean and without damage. I wish every Avis loaction could provide the same quality and personal service as this one.”

“Was suspicious how this was the most highly rated car rental I’ve ever seen — but the reviews are real. Called this Budget day-of on Thursday afternoon and we were told they could provide us an SUV over the phone. When we arrived, they actually gave us a cooler SUV than the one they advertised over the phone, for a cheaper price!!! This was right after we arrived at San Diego Hertz for a wedding and discovered they didn’t have a car for us!!! Very upsetting. Why was Hertz trying to take our money for a product (the reservation) they did not have??? So not only was the service at Budget great, it was such a relief and they really did — as others will also claim — save our vacation.”

“Kern was amazing in customer service and assisted with professional customer assistance to assure complete safety and displayed care that showed he valued me as a customer and a person. He made my lack.of knowledge and experience seem less important as he was trustworthy and kind with helping without me feeling incompetent. Thank you!!!”
