My hotel was harder to book and navigate then renting the Lamborghini. The car it self was spotless and was amazing to drive, and even drop off was seamless. If you ever are in or near the San Diego area I would 10 out of 10 times suggest San Diego prestige!”

Because of the quick response San Diego Limo Rental Services gave me, I was able to get what she wanted, much BETTER than the first limo rental service we had and at a GREAT price!It was beautiful and so worth it to see the look on my daughter's face when the limo pulled up. Several times they didn't have the level of car I reserved, but always found one comparable or higher level. Satisfied each time. Will continue to reserve at this location.”
“At first I was not sure of what kind of service I would get from this business. I met with Babtist who right away opened the hood of my vehicle and tried to find out what the problem was. Unfortunately it wasn't a pulley issue it was a transmission issue. The torque converter in the transmission was making a very loud metal to metal noise which Batist and his mechanic took a couple of days to repair. With all the stress there is in waiting for your vehicle and of course paying for the work you want to know you can trust the people working on your vehicle. BAAA - Babtist and the mechanic are now my go to. I would like to mention Abdulla from the AAA towing service for bringing my vehicle to BAAA. His recommendation gave me a new outlook on how to give trust to new experiences.”

“It is a small counter on Carlsbad airport. I got a great one way rental for a great price from decent staff. But wait time was longer here. Additionally you need to walk far away to pick up the car. I had to go back to the counter to report a scratch on the car body after picking it up.”
“WOW! What an amazing experience! I was helped finding the best suv that fit my needs! It's a struggle finding cars that fit these big car seats, all my parents know what's up RYAN helped me out and got me into a Grand Cherokee Jeep and it's Perfect ! His customer service was beyond excellent. He was very patient with me as I looked at different options, made suggestions and asked questions. I will always return back to this location for all my rental car needs! Thank you so much RYAN and to the rest of the team thank you as well. “HELPFUL EMPLOYEES(5 stars)Experience teaches us. SITUATIONUnfortunately, my car is going into an autoshop to get a (tiny) repair due to someone opening their door and scratching my car. Their insurance is covering a car rental the time my car is in the shop.INSURANCE CLAIMIt will depend on the insurance company of the party that is responsible will eat the bill. Or whenever the claim is filed. AllState is contracted with Enterprise. The party that is responsible for the damage has AllState and we are going through their insurance. AllState gave me a daily dollar amount. They pay through reimbursement. They will do their best to match the size of your car. Unfortunately, I drive a BMW and what is offered to me through AllState rate is an economy class (I am ok with that, don't need anything fancy at the moment). They will not cover insurance on the rental, gas, or mileage (FYI, Enterprise offers unlimited mileage). HOW IT WORKSCall an Enterprise closest to the autoshop. Or the one contracted with the shop (so you can get picked up and dropped off). Provide them the insurance company that the claim is filed with - they have contracts/deals with multiple insurance companies. Give them the daily dollar amount the insurance gave you. The employees will set up everything from there. I was quite pleased with the customer service here. I called not know what to do because all this is new to me. Will from Enterprise walked me through the process and how it all works - thanks for schooling me! This location isn't boundary with the shop (would have to Uber to shop) however he helped me get setup and then move my information to the closer Enterprise location - that way I don't have to Uber and can be picked up! He told me my rate was for Economic class and I am ok with that since this is super temporarily. We set up my pickup date (when they will pick me up at the autoshop and bring me to enterprise to pickup my rental). Shop quoted me M-F, however since the work is going through insurance it will take longer and according to them AllState is slow at approving supplementals and estimate longer then 5 days. With that said I don't exactly know how long I'll have this rental and so we kept the end date open. PAYMENTSetting up in advance is free. I will however be paying a $300 deposit when I pick up the rental. And then get the bill after my rental reservation is complete. Then get reimbursed. At least I'll be mobile while the car is in the shop.”
“I was in an accident a short while ago, and seeing as I only need a car a day or two a week I've been using rentals until I can decide on a car to lease. I can honestly say that this place is THE BEST rental agency in San Diego. The customer service I receive there is far beyond anywhere else I've used, and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. I can only hope I have as good of luck with leasing a car :)”
“Picked up a car here for our vacation in San Diego. This location was close to our hotel and had way better prices than anything else around. It was so well priced we even upgraded to a Tesla for the week just for the fun of it. Nick checked us in and was very friendly and quick. He pulled the Tesla around and offered to run it through the car wash again since it gone a little rain the night before. I didn't catch his name, but the assistant who brought it back after the car wash was the same one who dropped my husband back off at the hotel at the end of our stay. He was also very friendly! The car was well maintained and clean. The location was very clean, bright, and easy to get to.”

“We had booked a mini van with CBX Budget car rental. On the day of our vacation, after waiting in line for an hour, when we went to pick up the car they did not have the car available. It is unbelievable how the staff was not able to contact the manager to address the issue. We had specifically booked a mini van because my dad is paralyzed and could not get in any other big cars. We had no idea what to do. My family was waiting to go on vacation and we finally called Joe(saw him on google). Joe answered immediately and said he had a mini van available. He saved our vacation plans and the rental process was stress free. Friendly and reliable services.”
