Service and location are great! All the staff were really nice and accommodating during our stay. We had issues with laundry and they promptly helped us. Location is walkable to the beach and many restaurants. The hotel itself is a bit outdated but great value with free breakfast!

I’ve been staying at Empress Hotel for 18 years and always enjoy my stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff and easy check in. Great central downtown location, beach within 5 minute walk, plenty of shops and restaurants.

I would not hesitate to stay at the Empress again. The hotel is centrally located. It is clean. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable.
